Rosacea/acne prone dry skin

I have rosacea, very sensitive and acne prone skin. I feel like I've tried everything that's budget friendly and I need to start spending money on better products but I don't know where to start. I don't want to spend an arm and a leg on something that won't work.

What products do you have now that do or don’t work, and what are you looking to try? 

I myself have rosacea, acne-prone, dry, sensitive, and perioral dermatitis. I’m not a pro, BUT I’ve tried a a lot of different things and found a lot that’s helped me on my journey to better looking skin.
