Please add product id numbers and sku numbers so people can find items on ulta.  

Just to clarify, there is an item number that Ulta lists on the website, right under the picture of the item.

The product id is the number given to the item in the URL.  So Ulta's site follows this formula of having the url and then the very last part of the url is "productId=xlsImpprod" followed by an 8 digit number.  If you use that "productId" number you can get to the page of any item on ulta. 

It's not a search, but the direct url to the page. 

Click on any product, and then view the url in the address bar.  It will look like this: ulta's website (not using the actual domain because BT admins don't like that) /prep-prime-fix?productId=xlsImpprod15921204  Replace the 8 digit product id of the item you want to see with the id of the product you're looking for.

My very unofficial Ulta point multiplier to approximate percent discount chart:

(This is a number where I use the multiplier to divide by 2000 to see how many dollars I would have to spend in order to redeem a $125 reward.  E.g. 2000 points divided by 1 point multiplier means I have to spend $2000 to get the $125 reward.  Adding how much I had to spend ($2000) + the reward ($125), and then using the reward ($125) to divide the total purchase ($2125), I get a discount of approximately 6% based on the total purchase.  Note: the total purchase is based on the concept that you are spending just enough to reach the next $125 reward and combines the reward value with how much money you had to spend to get that reward.

@wwTraveler I don't think it is e-mail related. When this happened to me I tried using an alternate e-mail and I even signed my hubby up: so using different cards as well. I think it may somehow be tied in to the address. =(

ULTA has BANNED you from shopping, that's why you can't buy anything. 

The same thing happened to me about a month ago. They kept giving me the run around. Blamed it on my debit card, then my phone number, then how I spelled my name. They said it was probably because I was buying internationally (what? I live in NH). To prove a point, I bought something with the same debit card online but checked out as GUEST and it worked.

But the lies kept on coming....

.....it wasn't until I e-mailed their CFO directly that it got fixed. It took less than a day for me to get back the ability to shop online.

This is happening to me at Kiehls for some reason.  And, when my son tried to order through his account using my cc, it happened to him.  (Tried to get my order by ordering through him.)  Wish I knew how to contact the CFO of Kiehls!

I thought it was just me! I haven't been able to buy from Ulta online in about two months! I have a full cart loaded up, but it won't accept any payment method I try. Hopefully this gets resolved for the both of us, we're missing so many deals!

My sympathies @amyd1259. I had this happen once and ULTA was not able to fix it. I kept writing back and forth with them, was supposed to get to the higher ups and it never happened. A couple months into the ordeal (I tried making purchases every week) it started working again. ULTA wrote me back saying "oh it looks like you were able to make a purchase, have a good day" and that was it. No explanation. Hopefully it resolves more quickly for you.

D4mn, looks like they may have closed that loop hole.  Normally you could use the full price of the buy one get one 50% off products to count towards the buy in minimum but it doesn't appear to work that way anymore.

I have tried to do that for the last few GWPs and I couldn't - it always made me have the full amount in my cart. I thought maybe Ulta caught on and fixed it :(.

@JenniferOhJenny  I think they might have fixed it 😞 I just checked out and the subtotal was $126. The freebies who used to shave $10 off the requirement are no longer doing so. I didn't want to risk playing around for more than ten minutes in case both beauty bags go OOS.
