Deals too good to pass Up!

[ Edited ]

The only thing I love more than shopping is getting a great deal.  I've created a website, with the same name as this thread (minus spaces and the exclamation point), to share my passion with more people.  If you share here and want to keep the deal exclusive to BT viewers, just write for BT only in the post.

I will heart every deal I see.  If your deal does not have a heart from me, I have not seen it yet.  A heart with no comment means I already had your deal on my site or am not planning on listing it (I may already have a better offer or another possible reason).  Should I use your deal, I will thank you here and mention that it was "shared on BT" on my site.  Thanks again to everyone who shares!

If you find something full priced that is new and awesome, share it here.

Re: Deals too good to pass Up!

My camera is %#&$!! right now, but if I can resurrect it, I will definitely have a show and tell. :-)

whats happening ing is that HB is no longer going to sell non-HB beauty/styling products anymore. They couldn't compete with Sephora, Bloomies, Saks, etc., which are all within blocks of HB.

they had unusual brands, but some common ones, too. They have Thairapy 365, which I looooove, but that as only 25% off. But the sales associate just filed our bag FULL of free things after I purchased the curling iron.

Re: Deals too good to pass Up!

Do you think there is anything left there today? Was Nars on sale?

It is worth a try. I didn't go to the Nars counter, but if it is beauty and it isn't owned by HB, then it is on sale. I bet Nars isn't 60% off!, though.

Sounds like you had a lot of fun!

Thanks so much, MK! I snagged a full size eyeshadow, a mini highlighting powder (already own this and love it), plus a pretty violet eyeliner for $25 :smileyvery-happy:

New York & Company is having 50% their entire site (except ordering gift cards online) plus free shipping for orders $50 and over with no code needed.

This is great because normally their promotions exclude the NY Deals and specialty collections (like the Eva Mendes collaboration line) and it's until July 31.

Clearance items on the site are marked 80% off.

Neiman Marcus Midday Deal (Google for link as it expires in 1 hour, 17 minutes).

This dress is amazing.

Re: Deals too good to pass Up!

That is gorgeous. Does one wear a strapless bra with it? Backs like that tend to stop me from buying because strapless bras just don't work for me, unfortunately.

Re: Deals too good to pass Up!

I do not wear a bra at all, but I do use tape to cover up or have a bra built into the dress if it comes without one.  I have backless dresses with pre built in bras.  Currently, I am a D cup.  If you are larger, you will probably need a traditional bra like the one pictured below.  The smaller you are, the less likely you need a traditional bra.  Of course, you can always wear one if you want one.

@DiVWA

"...Does one wear a strapless bra with it?..."

I wear a lot of strapless, deep open back dresses. I have several versions. I get mine from bridal shops. This is just one example. I usually take the dress in to the shop to try on the dress + bra. I don't like the multi-purpose bras, they just don't work as well as bras that fit exactly for the dress style.

Re: Deals too good to pass Up!

Ooh I should try to get one of those. I have only used what you call the multi-purpose ones. I actually have a nice looking back so should seek out this bra so I can expand my dress wardrobe! :smileywink:

Very beautiful :smileyhappy:

Re: Deals too good to pass Up!

People should check out their favorite repurchase products, go directly to the official site...you'd be amazed at the sales, promo's, gifts, limited edition clearance. I find treasures doing that type of shopping!

AND...the things you can get a huge discount on just because they want, in other stores, it's NOT on sale! It's full price!

I can't stress enough how much money you can save doing this, plus they send special goodies to you hoping to keep you as a customer.

Re: Deals too good to pass Up!

I always buy where I get the best deal, so shopping around is a good idea.
