I thought I edited this to leave a message here, but after reading some private messages, I realize it did not take. This time, I will make sure it does before I sign off. Instead of waiting until I can return to reading every message to return at all, I will just pop in on certain days. I hope everyone is doing well. For me, some days are better than others.

Aw man! Mine says it's 0.3 lbs...I'll kind of be bummed if its not full sized since thats what was in the picture, but this order was kind of a test anyway womp

I finally received my order from January 11. The item I paid for (a candle) was missing...Although all my goodies were there. Had to live chat but got a refund.

Guess I can't ultimately complain about 3 totally free samples

I just got an email saying my order was updated. It was updated to refund the sharpener I bought! So whatever samples end up coming, they are for free lol. I am hoping for DS, not holding out for full size anymore

That happened to me also. They just refunded my purchase. So three deluxe samples for free.

Weird but my orders from the 20th finally shipped overnight and I'm getting them today. Let's see what samples actually come (full sized, deluxe, or foils?)

3 of my orders shipped too! I think I placed 4, and oddly enough the first one I made has not been shipped but the later ones have. 

They have a different picture of the Ren rescue mask in the shipping notif and it looks like it's a DS size not full 😞

Actually I believe that's just what the full size looks like when you take off the transparent cap! The 5 ml DS comes in a squeezy tube... fingers crossed!

boo.. same for me, my first (largest) order hasn't shipped but the later ones have...  I didn't get any pictures on my shipment confirm so still holding out hope!!

yeah, it's weird- normally it would bother me but i haven't complained yet because they've got quite good freebies and gwps...they're still relatively new so I'm guessing it's part of the growing pains of getting an influx of customers starting to shop with them.

After tonight, I still seeing many ppl ordered on Bluemercury. It's few thousands orders after 1 hour of freebies. That's crazy👀 .

I had a Nest candle missing too, the Birchwood Pine votive candle, after a 2 week shipping delay. And my GWP was damaged as the gel leaked. First order with BlueMercury and most likely my last.
