Christmas is almost here and the holiday sales are in full force. Please share what you got this month for yourself or loved ones. I hope we can all spread some much needed holiday cheer since it’s definitely been a tough year for all.

Oh, we love a good comment that doesn't carry over.  

All of my holiday gifts are wrapped and sent away but my little gremlin was oh-so kind to let me take a picture as we stuffed my stocking.  Yes, these are me gifts but I'll be good and keep them hanging on the deer until the holidays. 

The first thing I knew I needed to have was FENTY BEAUTY by Rihanna Glossy Posse Mini Gloss Bomb Set: Holo'Daze Edition because that was hands down, the best holiday splurge I made last year.  I've already dug into it to wear Cake Shake out which looks like a great nude, that might rival my Sweet Mouth or Fussy.  I'm glad to have the Taffy shade in a mini, that looks so up my alley for the summertime.  It's the same gloss bomb formula which is my favorite. 

I also put the Charlotte Tilbury Mini Filmstar Bronze & Glow Contour Duo 0.12 oz/ 3.5 g on my list because I've had the full-size on my love list years ago.  I literally grabbed that today so I haven't played with it.  

Another thing I grabbed today is the Fenty Beauty by Rihanna Gloss Bomb Cream Color Drip Lip Cream Fenty Glow.  @sonnydee may have influenced me, where I was thinking about this shade and Mauve Wives.  I love a mauve but with my purple hair, I might not want to want to wear a shade that might translate to a baby lilac on my lips.  I put a single swipe over my wrist tattoo, the way I test opacity for my shadows.  It has more pigment than I was expecting.

I haven't tried anything from Patrick Starrr's range and when I saw this palette launch, I thought that looked up my alley but like most gals, I do not need a predominantly warm palette.  I couldn't justify the $60 CAD pricetag but when it went on sale around black friday, I snatched it up.  I haven't touched anything in the ONE/SIZE by Patrick Starrr PATRICK STARRR Visionary Eyeshadow Palette 15 x 0.05 oz but the greens are calling my name. 

My favorite youtube account throughout lockdown was beauty within and I knew I needed to try the Glow Recipe Avocado Fine Line Eye Cream with Retinol 0.5 oz/ 15 mL and I saw this set and started lemming over it.  The Glow Recipe Glowing Skin Trio™ was only a couple of dollars more than the eye cream but it's on sale right now.  I grabbed some goodies using my $25 off coupon and couldn't not grab this for myself.  My total for that trip was still under $60 and I managed to get two other people's gifts bought.

@sonnydee 😲 Oh no.  You're really not liking it, huh?  I think that shade would work really well as a Gloss Bomb, the shimmers might make it feel more wearable (like your PMG).

I was thinking if it today...i don't think i have a dark purple liner to "try" to make it work. Im more of a gloss girl so my liners are limited. Then, I thought maybe if I mixed that & this (gloss bomb or another purple shade) together..🤔 but for $19 do I really want to work at it to use it when i have sooooo much that don't need think about & go extra steps for..? I just hate returning stuff.

@quspork Do you remember when all of the brands used to come out with ornaments?  😍  I remember coming home with a mini pink tree just so I could feel like a cool girl Youtuber with my Too Faced mascara ornament.  

I'd kill to bring that back, haha.
