hair brush for blow drying

Whats the best hair brush to blow dry your hair straight with ? My sister always watches me use a paddle brush and complain about how it sucks, and just laughs at me lol, telling me I'm using the wrong brush. I have a really expensive hair dryer, but apprently I don' know how to use it lol. I have really thick course hair, any suggestions ?

Personally, I use a flat paddle brush and use a conditioner that helps detangle my hair to make it easier for my hair to straighten as I brush it out straight. 

You should try to brush your hair to the left and to the right while blow drying it, I learned that when I got my hair done at the salon. If you do that, it also gives it a nice sleek texture.

I hope that you're using one of those attachments for your blowdrier that concentrates the air to a certain section of your hair! It makes it so much easier.
