Hello beauties! I need your help with something... Does anybody know where could I get a wig like this one? Hairdo AND the color, too ( especially the color! )? Exactly the same if possible ( or minus bangs ). I absolutely don't know anything about wigs, so any possible help, recommendations and suggestions are very welcome, and much appreciated. Happy Holidays, everyone! Edit: I used to color my hair to similar color, but the maintenance was a huge pain in the behind! So, no matter how badly I wanna do it again... I'd just rather give wig a chance first... It's not the same, but considering I don't want to dye my hair again just yet ( enjoying my natural blond hair for the time being ), a wig wouldn't be a bad idea for those occasions when I feel like enjoying this color again sometimes. And enjoying this do without cutting my hair... for now...
I was wondering what a good hairstyle (bangs, fringe) would look best on a forehead that is round and on the long side. I will try and post a photo as a reply (i'm at work and it's highly secure, so i'll have to use my phone).
I received a deluxe sample size of the Living proof Satin hair serum . But since i have really long hair I can only use it once or max twice. Would it be a good idea to mix it with my Josie Maran Argain Oil serum? Thanks in advance XO
I've been using Shampoo and Conditioner from Living Proof for almost a year now and am very happy with it. Over the last 6 months, I'd tried to stray away from daily shampoos, and generally wash every other day. I have very thick hair, yet it's somewhat fine in texture. Over the last couple of months, I've been noticing something weird- the crown of my scalp sometimes itches and when I scratch, I get a white reside under my finger nails. It's almost granular, not at all flaky like dandruff. And you can't see anything when you look closely at the scalp. What could this be? And what can I do to stop it? I've tried Medicated Selsan Blue and it really has no effect.
I have very fine, naturally curly/wavy, frizzy, shoulder length hair. The texture is fine...but there's a lot of it. It's also very temperamental in the sense that one day I can wake up and look like a curly-haired goddess...and the next day I could wake up and look like I stuck my finger in an electrical socket. There's really no in between. On my electrical socket days, I like to flat iron to try to tame the beast a little. I was using Living Proof's Straight Spray and it was doing WONDERS for my hair. BUT, the smell was a bit harsh. So, when my bottle ran out, I didn't repurchase. Just bought the Kendi Dry Oil via a recommendation from my lady at Sephora and it's just O.K. Definitely doesn't do for my hair what the Straight Spray does and I'm not able to go as long in between washes. I would really prefer to not go back to the Straight Spray b/c of the smell. Has anyone else tried either of these? What were your thoughts? I know I can always go back in & exchange the Kendi for the Straight. But I'm wondering if there's any other options that are similar to the Straight spray but without such a harsh fragrance.
Anyone else dying to get one of these but terrified it will eat/scorch their hair? I think this is basically the same device as the Conair Infiniti Pro Curl Secret Curling Iron Conair Infiniti Curl Secret Babyliss Miracurl Miraqueen My hair is pretty long, think and coarse. It looks like it is super easy for very thin straight hair but I have seen some pretty scary YouTube videos where people who seem as spastic as me are not having a magic hair experience. I would LOVE to hear some feedback on: How long does it really take to do a full head of thick/long hair? Is it really faster/easier than a normal curling iron? It looks like minor screwups are common - do they result in damage or is it just (really) scary looking? If you curl your hair reg ularly, is it practical to think this could be a daily/every other day tool or is it more for special occasions? I color my hair black with drugstore bought hair color. I do it because my roots are white/grey. And I am only 28 years old and I have whites/grey...I don't even know how that happened! It's the worst thing to have!!!! I hate it! Ugh!!! I was just wondering, how can keep my black colored hair looking vibrant and shiny and last longer? I know you should prevent blow drying and using hair tools, but any other suggestions? I see so many girls on youtube that have black colored hair and their hair just looks healthy, shiny and so vibrant. I want that type of look. Any suggestions? I don't mind drugstore and Sephora product recommendations. Please help!!!
I have mid-length, thick, coarse, color-treated, naturally wavy hair. I want to find a good shampoo, conditioner & styling products to coax my wavy hair into curls. I'm currently using the Oribe beautiful color shampoo, conditioner & mask hair upon countless recommendations and I REALLY dislike them. A nice scent is important as well as frizz control and enhancing my natural waves more into curls. Any suggestions?
I am wanting to try extentions (clip-in) for my wedding that is coming up in 11 days but my hair trial is in 3 days on Friday afternoon. What kind do you suggest I try or rush order if I have to order online? Ive never used these before. my hair is slightly thinning on top from losing weight and stress probably over school and the wedding planning (mostly by myself and MOH) Any advice would greatly be appreciated... Also: for wedding day: regular make up (diorskin forever) or airbrush (temptu) ?
Hello! I have super curly hair naturally, pictured below. I normally keep my hair pretty short, even a little shorter then this photo, but I grew it out for my wedding. My hair stylist straightened it and then put loose curls back into it with a curler. I am wondering if I can acheive curls like this without a straightener and a curling iron. I prefer to have my blow dryer as the only heat element on my hair. I want to keep the health of my hair as intact as possible. Also, straightening takes more than an hour by myself. I thought maybe larger curlers could work, but I do not know where to begin with that. All I have really ever known is air drying my curls (which I haven't done in 10 years) and my blow dryer with a diffuser attachment. I did have a stint for three years where I only wore my hair straight, but that wasn't nice to my hair and I couldn't spent all those hours doing something better then straightening my hair. Please help this curly girl out! Also, this is ultimately what I would love to do with my hair
i don't like flat ironing my hair because i think that i will burn myself when i do the back. When i do flat iron my hair get frizzy fast so i have to put a lot of hair spray and i don't like doing that.i also don't want to lose the waves that are in my hair.
Hey! I have naturally wavy/curly hair (pretty much in between, some pieces are curly, some wavy). I blow it out every time I wash it because I hate it so much naturally!!! It's frizzy and just looks bad. I was wondering if someone had any recommendations for products made for my hair type?
Since my hair loss has been ruled to be pretty much ruled to be a mild variation of alopecia there wasn't really much options left. Go buy a wig, get super expensive treatments at a specialized doctors office, or buy minoxodil treatments to rub on your head twice a day. Anyways, I was wondering if any of you ladies used it/currently using it and what success you've had with it? I've been almost using it for about a month.
I'm conflicted on which blowdryer set to get? Has anyone tried either one with good or bad experience/results? I have fine, straight hair and want something to help with volume, not necessarily shine. http://www.sephora.com/t3-featherweight-2-living-p roof-full-volume-set-P390982?skuId=1666247 http://www.sephora.com/big-hair-don-t-care-holiday -kit-P389331?skuId=1638246 P.S. Has anyone successfully used a hot air brush for volume? I want to get one of those too but there are practically no reviews out there for me to gauge how well they work.
I've been doing my research on these before I pulled the trigger and use my $25 off $50 on them but I want yall's opinions on them first. Are they worth it? Do they work better than taking Biotin & Multi Vitamins?
Okie beauties, i will have a trip coming up pretty soon. My hair is super thin and easily damaged/faded by staying too long in the pool or ocean. Any recommend hair products? Thx in advance for any suggestion.
My daughter in law is a wonderful person and is very busy with a new baby and their 7 year old. I want to treat her to a day of fun and beauty. She needs to have a hair cut done but has been lacking in money to have one done. After her hair cut I wanted to take her shopping inside of JC Pennys and treat her to some new clothes and possibly a new pair of stylish boots. My son which is her husband is watching the baby and the older child while I treat her to a day of beauty. I am also going to be looking for a place that does nails and toenails. I want her to feel like a privileged Queen when we are done tomorrow Saturday 11/29/2014. She has been through too much in this past year and she needs this day of escaping to do some nice things for herself. She has had far too much to deal with then anyone I know. Please help me find someone who can help me with a stylish hair cut for her. I love her and she needs this.
Hi everyone, I neep help !! I have very curly, frizzy, dry and thin hair. Yes, the worst combo ! lol I always blow dry my hair the same day I wash them cause I haven't found the right techniques or products that really work to tame my hair down while not making them even more curly. I have tried many things... Mousse makes my hair even curlier, gel makes them crunchy, oil is good but not enough to control frizz. I would love to find a products or learn some techniques that would not make my hair even more curly, something that can control frizz and bring back some life into them. Thank you so much
