Sultra Bombshell

So I have been watching all these review and tutorial videos on the Sultra Bombshell Styling Wand and Im still iffy about it.  My boyfiend keeps mentioning buying it for me either this weekend or next and says I can always return it if I am not happy.  But I would hate for him to waste his money and time (he's totally not into shopping, let alone going to a girly store to just grab something for me lol).

HELP??? Opinions?!

I have naturally curly hair so I am lucky enough not to have to curl my hair, just do touch ups. My oldest daughter does have one and she loves it. Her sister is always borrowing it from her. If she doesn't ask, is that still considered borrowing? lol

In my opinion, you should let your boyfriend buy it for you. Unless he's dropping hints that he doesn't want (which I don't think he is) he obviously really wants to do this for you. By not letting him, you may be slightly hurting his feelings. Just try out the Bombshell and if it doesn't work for you, tell your boyfriend and return it to Sephora with him. He'll get a refund and everything will be fine! If you love the Bombshell, however, your boyfriend will be super glad he was able to buy it for you (And I'm sure he'll love your hair after using it as well!). This is just my opinion though, so if you really don't feel comfortable with your boyfriend spending the money on this product, then don't let him. I hope I helped in any way!

thanks!  you're totally right.  he is one of those typical male car junkies and is always buying car parts and he is also into snakes (we have 7 lol).  so he is usually purchasing something for the car or the snakes.  he said he feels guilty that i really never indulge for myself and make an expensive purchase every once inawhile.  after all, why do we work so hard and then never enjoy the fruits of our labor.

i just wasn't sure if anyone on here has tried this product and what their feelings on it are?  i've been watching tutorial and review videos like the crazy the last 2 weeks, especially on this product.  my hair is so thick it usually takes me awhile to curl with a regular iron.  the one thing i liked about this product is that is looks super easy to use and it seems to be curl quick. i guess i'll let my bf purchase it for me and give it a try....who knows...i may be the next tutorial/review video for the product lol

You're welcome, I'm glad that I could help! I can't tell you my opinion on the actual product itself though as I don't own it and have thin hair so it would work differently anyway. I hope it goes well and the time spent watching videos, reading reviews, etc. pays off!

I hope you got the Bombshell!?! Best curling iron ever...gorgeous curls that last all day! Be careful because it does get HOT. I brushed the tip against my inner arm and ended up with a second degree burn...and a scar that looks like someone put a huge cigar out on my arm, the price of beauty ;o/! It has changed my life though, in a good way! The entire process takes maybe 10-12 minutes to do your entire head!!
