Styling Products for Fine Hair?

Hi everyone,

Would love to get loopy hair looks out of my fine hair. it is shoulder length, naturally curly/holds a curl.

I feel pretty good about the products I put on and in  my hair for straight and curly looks but what about styling tools? 

Is anyone with fine hair using this tool or something like it? For long loops, should I be using a brush type product or more of a curling iron?

My hair is naturally straight, but it's also really fine like yours. Last fall I bought the T3 Whirl Convertible Styling Wand; while yes, it's a little pricey, it's worth it! My hair never holds a curl, no matter what products I use, but this tool has been a complete game changer! It keeps my hair shiny and healthy and the curls (or waves if I use the tapered wand) look completely natural! I definitely think it's worth the money.
