Need product recommendations for Dandruff/Split ends help !

I have a dry scalp with dandruff, and brittle split ends.  I currently use Aussie Moist Shampoo and Conditioner, but I am still having dryness problems.  What is the best shampoo/conditioner combination to solve these two problems?
