I live in a very windy place, so my hair is in a pony tail most of the time. I like doing the "bump" to add a little something, but can't seem to find a product that stays. Also since I live in Alaska I can't buy any product that is in a arousal can, so I have a even harder time finding the right hair product. Any help is welcomed

I do t have a solution for your problem without aerosol, however, I am wondering why aerosol is banned in Alaska?

Good question makeupobesessed! I was also wondering why Aerosol cans can't be shipped to Alaska. Is it the extreme cold? Or some problem with flying or air pressure?
