Hairstyles

I like to wear my hair down with half upbraids but they barely ever work out. Are there any suggested hairstyles that I could do in 10 minutes or less? 

P.S. 1 or 2 braids will not work because I have layered hair.

Have you heard of spin pins? You can buy them at Target, and I use them all the time when I'm in a hair hurry. They are spiral-shaped bobby pins with amazing holding power. I have thick layered  hair down to my waist, and it only takes two of them two hold all my hair in place in a bun. You can also use them for half-up dos, low chignons, really the possibilities are endless. Definitely give them a go.

They are a must have for me. I keep them on my dresser, in my purse, in my car... they're a lifesaver.

I'll give the spin pins a fourth vote!  I too keep them in my car, desk, purse... lol they're quick, and I find leave less 'kinks'  in my hair than elastics do!
