Damaged Hair Help

My hair used to always be frizzy, thick, and curly/wavy growing up. For some reason when I moved out to the Midwest two years ago, my hair has become very straight and fine. I can tell part of it is due to the fact that use heat tools daily (straightening iron and/or curling iron) and wash + dry my hair every other day. It stays pretty flat, dull, and uncooperative most days. I have been trying the Living Proof Restore Shampoo + Conditioner and Moroccan Oil on my hair when I watch it, but it only really makes it softer. I would like to grow my hair back out and have healthier looking hair. Any techniques or ideas on how to make my hair healthy again?

Hi ClemsonAlum11, you might want to look into taking a hair and nail supplement which is basically a nourishing vitamin that promotes healthy hair growth.

It also might be hard water. If you have hard water you can use a clarifying shampoo or vinegar rinse.
