Best shampoo and conditioner to help thicken hair and lock in moisture
My hair is pretty long but not as thick as it used to be! I'm looking for a shampoo and conditioner to help thicken my hair as well as lock in moisture because I have a problem with frizz as well... any suggestions??

Sephora doesn't sell Keratase and it is an expensive hair line but they have Substantif and it knocks everything else out of the park when it comes to thickening and conditioning. It says it is for mature hair but I used to work in a dermatologist office where the majority of the girls were under 30 and they wouldn't even consider anything else. They also have a mousse to, you'll love it! I promise! Hope this helps!

To help address the frizz and also add to the fullness of your hair, try the Living Proof line which offers their Full Discovery Kit:
The line doesn't use any waxes or silicones to tame frizz and smooth hair, but it does use a polyfluroester that calms strands without forming any waterproof or water impermiable barrier.
To also help strengthen strands and help the overall texture of your hair feel thicker and more lush, try Phyto's Phytodensium Mask:
Botanical complexes and extracts are paired with essential fatty acids to improve the health of your hair and help revive it. It locks in moisture to condition strands, but also help beef up thin locks.
