Currently use Wen though it works well, I want something less pricey if possible. Over years, my hair has thinned too so want something volumizing as well. Thanks!

Since you want a volumizing shampoo, I think you should try Living Proof Full line. It contains Poly Beta Amino Ester-1 an ingredent made by MIT scientists to make hair look, feel, and become thicker.
