My wife absolutely loves Taylor Swift's fragrance "Wonderstruck", and I was just wondering how it compares to more exclusive and more well known fragrance brands, in terms of lasting scent, subtleties, and pricing...
I'm looking for a replacement for the now-discontinued Miss Dior Cherie L'eau. I find the regular Miss Dior Cherie (now called Miss Dior Eau de Parfum, I think) and the Eau Fraiche versions to be overwhelming--I think the tuberose note is far too strong, and they both give me headaches. But these are the only two fragrances that I have seen suggested as replacements for Miss Dior Cherie L'eau. Any suggestions for a light but sophisticated floral that is similar to Miss Dior Cherie L'eau?
Does sephora store there perfume correctly ? Because i bought a bottle of coach poppy and when i opened it up in the car the bottles temapature was warm? I am worried that the top notes are ruined. Do the bins sephora stores perfumes in have lights inside them? Beucause I got mine from the shelf. And am wondering if i should have asked for one from the back?
So, I just went through my small bag of sample size perfumes. Let just say I found a new love interest in Versace. I have both the Bright Crystal and Vanitas. Now I can't decide which one I should get. Which one would you guys recommend? Their scents are pretty much on both end of the spectrum. For me Vanitas has a more warm scent to it; while Bright Crystal is fresh and bright.
Normally a sweet & light perfume wearer, I've been searching for something spicy and musky for fall/winter for a couple of years now to no luck. A few suggestions for me to sniff next time I'm in Sephora would be welcomed, thanks! Not sure that it will help for identifying what I like in the spicy/musky category, but my sweet & light favorites are: D&G lmperatrice Chanel Chance Eau Fraiche (the green one) Prescriptives Calyx Guerlain La Petite Robe Noire
I love the scent of Korean skin care products (e.g. AmorePa cific , IOPE, LaNeige, etc.) and would like to find a perfume with that type of scent. The closest I found was years ago with Shiseido's Relaxing Fragrance, which is off the market. I've used D&G Light Blue for years without alternati ng because it's hard to find a scent that's fresh, slightly fruity/floral, not to o citrusy, not too floral, not powdery, and not strong overall. Any suggestions? (Korean brand recommendations are welcomed, too, as I live in Los Angeles.) Thanks!
Hi, I'm a high schooler looking for a perfume. I already know I like perfumes with a amber, vanilla, and musk scent. I've tried Vera Wang Princess and loved it. I also like Flowerbomb, I know its a 'older' perfume but i only spritz it once at an arms distance away so its not over powering and I enjoy that scent too it doesn't smell floral at all on me. I just want to know if there are any other options out there. I don't want anything too heavy, too floral, or too bubbly gummy sweet. Thanks a lot.
Hi everyone! I'm looking for a new perfume for fall. I really like florals and my perfume collection ranges from very sweet light florals to very musky dark florals. Currently I'm using Cabotine Rose by the Haus of Parfums Gres which is a scent that I can use year round. It is my favorite perfume but since my bottle is almost gone and it is extremely hard for me to find it at my local Marshalls/TJ Maxx stores and those are the only places I can get it. I would like to know if anyone has found a close match to it or has any suggestion of new floral scents I could try. Thank you!
Hi im looking for a really fruity&fresh perfume that last all day & that is kinda strong for everyday. I really like the bath&body work sweet pea scent. I don't like perfume that are musky or smell too mature. I'm still in high school so something fruity Thank you!
Hi I noticed the new marchesa perfume coming out with VIB pre launch exclusive but not available in store til 9/6...has anybody tried this before? It is described as floral...is it powdery? light? oriental? any thoughts? The bottle looked absolutely beautiful!!!
First off, I apologize if I have posted this in the wrong section; I was quite conflicted as to where i should put it I'm looking for a body lotion/body wash/spray, related or unrelated to each other, that will leave the scent on my skin for a long time, longer than an hour like all my other ones do! Currently, I wash with a body wash my Caress, and then I put on the Twiight Woods lotion by Bath and Body Works, followed by the Twilight Woods spray. Then I alternate between Ralph Lauren Romance perfume or Pink Sugar by Aquolina. I love to layer my scents, but my problem is that while my shower gel/lotion/spray smells terrific, it does not last long at all, which is very diappointing. But it is why I am on the hunt for a new one! I have tried everyting at Bath and Body Works but nothing seems to have a lasting factor. I like scents like cookies, cotton candy, etc (put no plain vanilla) or coconut, motre of the sweet smells. I like perfumes such as : Weekend by Burberry, Coco Chanel, and Pink sugar by Aquolina. I'm looking for all three (showel gel, lotion, and spray) that will last all day and smell really great. I have heard about Lush, Philosophy, Victoria Secret etc but not sure if they are long lasting. It does not matter the cost, I simply want to find products that LAST! Thanks!
Hi Everyone, When I went to my local Sephora to make a purchase I received a sample of Rockin Rio by Escada and I absolutely love it. I am new to Escada products and I saw this is a limited edition perfume. I was wondering if this is a scent they have every summer (similar to how Philosphy has Marshmallows For Toasting for Christmas) or is this a one time offer? Take care! -Rutile
I'm looking for a signature scent that ppl will recognize as me. I generally like floral or sweet scents. Coach poppy, be delicious, D&G light blue and Clinique Happy are some of the perfumes I've worn in the past. I don't like rose scents and the Diane Von F i had a smaple of was horrible. Lately I've been thinking of deciding on a fragrance and sticking with it, my husband thinks this a great idea. Any suggestions on perfumes that fit this description? Does anyone else have a sig scent they always use? Or is variety for you?
