Blooming Bouquet smells amazing omg, i so want to buy it. BUT, i looked at there seem to be a stronger version of it out there and id love to get that too. Without taking the risk of buying it automatically i wanted to ask, what is the difference between the original and the absolute one. I know for other scents that do this like bright crystal, that scent smells more floral and musky while **bleep** the absolute version smells like it but more berries. Thanks
Hello ladies I'm currently writing my Master's thesis about communication, and I'm really looking for pictures of some Fragrance Sample Postcards that I can use as some examples on how to use scent in commercials. I've tried finding pictures online without any luck on getting a good picture of both sides of the postcard(s). Is it possible that any of you have some of these postcards with a sample, and that can take some (good) pictures of it/them? Both front page and the back page ? Thanks in advance. - Maibrit
Hi! I need help choosing a fragrance to gift my mom for her birthday. She is in love with both Jimmy Choo's Jimmy Choo and Chanel's Coco Mademoiselle. They both have patchouli base notes and mandarin orange top notes. It'd be great if some similar fragrances could be suggested. Thanks!
So I've recently become obsessed with fragrances and I know Sephora doesn't currently sell The Clean Summer Sun fragrance, but I know it did in 2015. I was just wondering if any of you had a chance to smell it/test it out and your thoughts on it? I can't seem to find many reviews on it. I want something that's aquatic/fruity and summery. I also am interested in the Clean Skin fragrance for summer/winter and was wondering what people's thoughts on that one are? Is it really musky or more light/airy? I currently wear black opium for nighttime/evenings, so I'm looking for a more summer/daytime scent. I do enjoy Marc Jacob's Daisy Dream, but it never seems to last one me. I also like Jo Malone's Wild Bluebell. I also enjoy Fresh's Sugar Lychee scent, but again, it doesn't last on my skin. I really wanted to like Armani's Acqua Di Gioia, but it smelled too chemically on my skin and I am trying to stay away from DG Light Blue since I know many people wear it. Let me know your thoughts on those two Clean scents or another other recommendations would be appreciated!
With summer coming, I find myself in search of a new summer fragrance. For summer, I love light, fresh scents that remind me of the beach or the ocean. Giorgio Armani's Acqua di Gioia has been a long time favourite, along with Dolce & Gabbana's Light Blue. This year, I'm looking at Bobbi Brown's Beach, and Maison Martin Margiela Replica Beach Walk. What are your fave fragrances for summer?
I am trying to narrow down my choice for a full size fragrance. I have gotten the short list to 4 but am having trouble making a final decision so any input appreciated. My four possibilities, in no particular order are: Tom Ford Black Orchid Jimmy Choo Illicit Martin Maison Lazy Sunday Morning Versace Eros Femme I have tried all 4 and like them all but would like to narrow it down to 1 or 2 to purchase full size. Thoughts, opinions, experiences with any of the above? Your favorite of the above? Thanks for the help.
I was wondering if anyone actually owned parfum (most concentrated type of perfume, DIFFERENT from eau de parfum, the second strongest). I think it would be neat to get some and it would make my perfume collection complete, but where does one buy it? Does Sephora carry any?
Hello all! So my obsession with perfumes and body spray has recently skyrocketed! However, I am having trouble finding one that will stay with me for long periods of time. I know its eventually going to wear off but I don't want to over do it in the morning so that i smell good all day. I absolutely love the PARADA but like i said, its just not staying. Please let me know if there are any tips and/or tricks that i should try or even a brand I should give a shot! Thank you so much!!!
I have a scent certificate and really loved trying all of the samples. I liked the Tom Ford Velvet Orchid and have been told at the Sephora located at Penn Square Mall in OKC that they don't know when they will receive it. It is not available on-line. Do you have any suggestions on how to get the 1 oz. Tom Ford Velvet Orchid.
Hello, I was wondering how can I get samples for fragrances, some of the Sephora stores do not carry all the fragrances that I am looking at, as it is only available online or in specific stores. I tried to email support however got the generic reply to call which I do not like to do, Any suggestions. Thanks in advance for your help and before I get blasted, I am VIB Rouge so not trying to be cheap, it is just when buying a $200 fragrance I would like to be able to sample it and I hope I do not have to call since in my experience with calling I get no help. Thanks, Baba
I'm dying to buy Replica Lazy Sunday Morning but it is out of stock. I think it might be best to start with the rollerball anyway so that I can decide if I want to shell out for the full size. Is the rollerball still good for this scent? It's such a subtle fragrance that I feel like it needs to be applied sparingly. How can I do this with a rollerball?
I placed an order a few weeks ago, and inside was an envelope with several fragrance samples. It was a promotion for the Valentine's Day 3x points fragrance deal. There was a Tocca fragrance sample inside that I adored and now want to purchase, but I have now thrown the sample away and can't remember which one it was. Does anybody remember which one it was, or perhaps have one on hand that they can look at to help me out? Thanks in advance! (PS I think it was Florence, but I'm not totally sure)
Hello Everyone! I'm on the hunt for a new perfume! I went around smelling as much as I could and I came across this perfume called CHANCE EAU FRAÎCHE by Chanel, I absolutely love this smell but i was curious as to how long the wear lasts? What are some thoughts about this product? Also I heard many good reviews about the perfume called Flower Bomb by Viktor & Rolf & i'm curious what the thoughts are about that one as well! Thank you!
Ok guys I'm really in love with Atelier's description of their scents and the few I've been able to smell IRL. Since my Sephora doesn't carry many of the scents, I was thinking of getting their sampler pack directly from their website (where they then give you credit for that amount towards a later purchase of a bigger fragrance), but before I committed to what would likely be an expensive addition to my minimal scent collection (I otherwise wear ginger or Bvglari's Black--I can't stand most floral scents and am more of ginger, tea, or other quirky scents) I wanted to know how well it lasted on. Also, anyone have any other scent suggestions for someone who likes scents with things like: Bergamot, Leather, Rain (naturalish clean scents as opposed to ones that your dryer sheets might come in), Ginger and hates: floral (esp things like rose & lily, I can deal with violet); "hippy" scents (basically if you can find it in incense, I can't wear it or be close to it without dissolving in sneezes, so things like patchouli, frankincense, myrrh, etc.)
What's everyone's experience with buying higher end perfume at places like CVS and Walgreens? Or does anyone have a favorite place for buying perfume at a discount? I have bought my husband Dolce and Gabbana cologne on Groupon before. I'm looking at Marc Jacobs and Thierry Mugler on Walgreens and CVS right now because they would be around 50% cheaper. I wasn't sure if these places got older bottles or if they just give better prices.
