It contains an insanely huge database of fragrances with reviews and such. It also shows what fragrances people think smell similar to others, and you can also search for perfumes by notes in the perfume (so depending on what scent in the perfume you really like).
On that website many people thought Viva la Juicy smelled like Flora by Gucci Gorgeous Gardenia.
This is my favorite site when I'm looking for perfumes, it is very helpful.

Another option in Someday by Justin Bieber. It has similar notes and also it is not too sweet.
Notes:
Mandarin, Juicy Pear, Wild Berries, Jasmine, Creamy Florals, Vanilla, Soft Musks.
