For powder, I would recommend the Too Faced "Amazing Face Powder Foundation". This is a sheer to light coverage, matte finish, and looks airbrushed and flawless. It also works great as a setting powder on top of liquid foundation, but you can use it by itself too. The Too Faced bronzers are nice too, I like the Milk Chocolate bronzer because it's not too dark and doesn't turn orange on my skin. For Blush, I love Stila's "Self Adjust Pink"... it adjusts to your skin tone to become your perfect shade.

If you want a translucent powder try:

Make up Forever's HD powder, it's a loose, silica based powder that helps to improve the look of skin and skin's texture, a tiny bit is all that is needed and can be best applied with a fan brush. Similar powders include Urban Decay's Razor Sharp and Too Faced's Primed & Poreless powder.

For something to mattify, try Urban Decay's Deslick powder compact, this is pressed and helps to absorb shine and oil without adding more tinted powder onto the skin throughout the day.

For something with a color, try:

Benefit's Hello Flawless, it can be applied with a sponge for fuller coverage or a brush for lighter coverage, has SPF, and is super silky.

I'm a big fan of Smashbox's HALO powder, a bit pricey, but you get 3-4X more powder in this than a regular pressed compact. It comes in a nifty shaver dispenser so you shave you a fresh batch of camera safe mineral powder that also hydrates and has anti-aging properties (camera safe means it won't give a super shiny or white glow to the skin when a camera flashes like some mineral make ups on the market). I've worn this stuff as is and even over liquid foundation and it sits very well. I can't rave about it enough, Smashbox also makes a kit with a mini size powder, primer, concealer, and foundation you may want to look into. You look like you would wear the Light, the Fair would have too much pink in it for you, but you can try it out at stores.

For blush, look into Tarte's Amazonian Clay Blush line, the colors are gorgeous, go on evenly and there's a range of light shimmers to matte shades. I have Adored, which looks like a super bright pink, but goes on very natural and more muted, Tipsy is a great peach shade if you don't want to go the pink route. Benefit's box o'powders blushes are also some great considerations, Coralista is a lovely coral with a satin finish, Hervana mixes together to be a soft pink, and Bella Bamba is a vibrant pink that when lightly applied gives a fresh look to the skin.

For bronzers, look into:

If a matte bronzer is what you want, Cargo's Matte bronzer in medium is lovely. I'm a big fan of Cargo's bronzers in general, I wear their water resistant one that comes in the Medium shade, and they also have a regular fair, medium, and dark bronzer.

If you want something that isn't matte, try Too Faced. They have bronzers with a few different shades in a compact so you get a soft blending of colors, the Pink Leopard makes a good blush/highlighter too. Many of their individual shades in the compacts can also double as eye shadows if you're ever in a pinch. There's always little kits from them as well so you can try an assortment of colors/types.
