I have tried a sample of the Light/Medium and I absolutely loved it but I fear it may be too dark for me. I would really like another opinion before I buy a whole bottle and find that I can't even be matched in this particular foundation. Thanks in advance for any advice or help!
Hello all. I was wondering if someone could make a shade recommendation for me. I want to try Diorskin Forever Flawless foundation, but I'm not sure which shade to choose. I have worn Nars Sheer Glow in Mont Blanc and Mac Studio Fix in NW13. Anyone have any ideas? Thank you!
Hi, I am looking for a new foundation to try. I have dry and very sensitive skin I am currently using benefits hello flawless oxygen wow, and the colour is "I'm plush and precious, petal". and I am thinking to get one of those foundations from YSL or Giorgio Armani. I tried YSL's LE TEINT TOUCHE ÉCLAT Illuminating, shade 30 but I think it kinda dries out my skin but I liked the finish look. Sephora that located near my area does not carry Giorgio Armani so that I could not try but I have heard so many people complimenting the product. So I'd like to get some recommendation of those foundations or others that would work for me as well as the shade Thanks.
I'm 55, with nice skin and completion. I wear a CPAP machine at night and it takes much longer for skin to rebound from impressions from the mask. I'm looking for a foundation that smooths my skin, promotes elasticity. What cosmetic line do you recommend?
I'm 47 years of age with normal skin in the cheek area, oily skin in the T-zone and slightly dry between the outside of the nose and lips area. My skin care and anti aging routine is the Paula Choice line. I've been wearing Estee Lauder Double Wear, color Ecur for several years along with powder for blotting. The problems I'm tired of are: 1) Constantly blotting my T-zone, 2) Looking cakey and made up, 3) Make up rubs right off, 4) Looks fresh for about 3 hours before I have to powder 5) Make up sinks into expression lines around mouth, fine lines under lip and in-between forehead. I know with age and skin changes I need to make a change! I would really like to find a foundation that has a matte powder finish, medium to full coverage. A foundation that is good for outdoor wear and active busy people who like to apply once and keep looking fresh all day. Can anyone Please give me some advice?
I really want to try this foundation, but the stores in my area do not carry the product to test the shades. Likewise, the foundation that I have been wearing (Chanel beige 40 Vitalumiere Aqua) is not listed on this web site to use as a basis to find comparable shades in other brands. I have med toned olive skin. I'm trying to decide between 03 beige natural and 04 beige moyen. Any suggestions? Thank you.
i just starting using cruelty free products and I have a hard time replacing my Chanel foundation. so far I tried Laura Mercier and. Hate it; and Too Faced Bb crea the bb cream isn't so bad but i want a littl more coverage m.i tried replacing it with non cruelty free also before making the switch and I had ni luck. So I'm open to any suggestion! Sort for mispelled I'm on my cell and it's not worling superrr well!
A sephora consultant recommended tarte foundation but upon reading the ingredients at home it contains dimethicone and silica - any of the 'cones' make me break out in boils. . I want a medium to full coverage. Thanks.
I am looking for a new foundation. I am 20 years old with very mild acne. I use a dermatologist approved moisturizer and face wash. My issue is with our weather. We get cold harsh winters that destroy the skin and cause it to get very dry. I started using foundation last year to see if it helped protect my face. It was a mousse foundation and it saved my skin dramatically! They have taken it off the market and yet again I am on the search to save my skin before the weather gets worse! My acne is very sparse and under control. I just need a foundation that will protect my skin and keep it from caking up or drying it out worse! Any suggestions?
I recently purchased 'Dior skin Forever Compact Flawless Perfection Fusion Wear Makeup SPF 25' from Sephora store. I realized the box had a sticker on its product name, and when I pulled the sticker out[out of curiosity], I see that SPF 25 is erased on the sticker. What does this mean? Does it mean that Dior Forever Compact Flawless perfection powder is NOT SPF 25?
Hi, all. I am, once again, having foundation issues. My skin has changed recently--lighter as winter has descended, and battling acne while a new medication takes effect. I've found that t he lightest shades in Estee Lauder DW and Lancome 24Hr are too dark for me. Revlon Colorstay in 110 Ivory is too pink. The foundation closest to my skin shade that I have Urban Decay in 0.5, but it’s not enough coverage--plus it's been awhile since I've worn it, and I haven't had the chance to see how it looks in a natural light source. I've had Color IQ done at least six times, all with a different, too-dark result. It's fairly useless for my skin. I want to try Kat Von D’s line, but I'm not sure about shades. Light 42 or Light 44? I don't live near a Sephora store, so I can't really get samples--plus 42 isn't carried in stores anyway. Any advice or opinions?
To make a long story short, the only BB Creme I have found that matches my skin wonderfully is the Diorskin Nude BB Creme in 001 (Light). I'm currently looking for a great foundation for days when I need more coverage, and I wanted to find out if the Diorskin Forever Flawless Perfection Wear foundation in their lightest shade, 010, is a similar shade to the BB Creme in 001. I have quite pale skin with slight pink undertones, and I have trouble finding a foundation that doesn't appear too orange on my skin. I'm currently using the Make Up Forever HD foundation in 110 and while the color is great, I find that it's too powdery (it just sits on the skin and is too noticeable) unless I mix it with a moisturizer; and no matter what, it rubs off the skin too easily. If the world were a perfect place, there would be a foundation that is just like the Dior Nude BB Creme (which is not only a perfect color match but also seems to just sink right into the skin flawlessly) but which provides some more coverage. Hence, my question about the Flawless Perfection Wear that I have posed to all you wonderful ladies and men. I must add that the only Sephora that carries this foundation the "closest" to me is in Portland, and I cannot travel all the way there for this, unfortunately. I don't live there, or even remotely near there, anymore. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
I have medium-tan skin with yellow undertones. Recommendations for bronzers that give warmth to the face, I am envisioning more of a "golden goddess" kind of look. At this point I am considering Bobbi brown's bronzer in medium or nars laguna, but I am open to other suggestions! I have already tried toofaced chocolate soleil and hoola, and I am not a huge fan of either. Thanks!
Has anyone tried this yet? Does anyone have any application suggestions for fuller coverage? I like natural looking foundation but I do have some acne scarring I need to hide. I read a review that said to apply with a beauty blender but idk how i feel about using my beauty blender to apply powder foundation. Have any of you guys tried this before? I tried applying the NARS foundation with my Tarte airbrush finish foundation brush and I got an okay coverage.
Hi Girls! I use Lancome Teint Idole Ultra 24H foundation in 330 Bisque N and now looking to get the Make Up Forever Full Coverage Concealer asap. The description on the concealer from the website states that you should buy it in 2 shades lighter. According to my shade with my foundation, what number/shade would I be? Thanks for reading, looking forward to your help/advice!
