PLEASE HELP! Best liquid foundation/tinted moisturizer?

PLEASE HELP ME! I need a liquid foundation/tinted moisturizer for my forehead. It's oily and breakout-prone there. So i would like redness coverage, oil-banishing and long staying! Also, since i havereally fair skin, something that doesn't turn orange and has shades for me.

I know... I'm high matience... but just on my forehead!

I am using philosophy foundation and i really like that too...feels nice on the skin and is moisturizing...then for a powder finish i love love love Duwopp mattillume powder...its my favorite product by far...

clinique maybe? Sorry, i don't wear a lot of makeup...
