Drug Store Primer

Can anyone recommend a drug store primer for oily skin and won't cause breakouts?

Don't get the green L'oreal one. It's very gritty and weird. I hate it.

I'm a fan of the oil-free Neutrogena primer.  It has some sort of rice powder/protein ingredient that is mattifying.  I think it comes a version with SPF and one without.  I use the one without.

I think Boots no 7 was the one that shadesofkassie on YT recommended. She has a great video all about primers and powders for oily skin and a few from the drugstore as well..

Also breakouts are relative, what works for someone else and doesn't break them out- might break you out depending on your skin. It's all about trial and error

For a non drugstore primer, i recommend the SB light primer

Boots No 7 mattifying makeup base is awesome.  I apply on my tzone to combat the oil and it has been working like a charm,  You can find it in Target and it just recently launched in Walgreens.  Hope this helps!
