Dewy Skin

I absolutely love the look of bronzed dewey healthy skin. How do I do this without looking shiny? Perfect Example is Carrie Bradshaw in sex and the city ... she had the perfect skin with the glow.

First, apply a light, shimmery brozing powder. I recommend too faced the bronzed and the beautiful bronzing kit or Pur minerals glow rocks. Then, sculpt with a liquid luminizer. Highbeam if you have fairer skin, and moonbeam if you have medium or darker. The, finish with a dusting of Mary-lou mainizer by the Balm with a kabuki brush. There! You have it! And for on the go, take Benefit's finding Mr.bright kit and your favourite bronzer, for a bronze and glow look.

Hope this helps...

Josie Maran's argan oil always gives me that look- my hubby always says "wow, your face is glow-y" when I wear it! And yes, he means dewy...hehe! Use sparingly under makeup really gives your face a fresh dewy look, like Carrie!

I love the Mary-lou Manizer Louminizer. I apply it on my cheek bones, down my nose bridge, brow bone, and on my cupids bow. Instant glimmer and sminner without the glitter! I love this because it's not liquid based. Dewy foundations and liquid highlighters make you look sweaty, gross! This product is great for all skin tones.

I would use a bronzing powder with a hint of (separate) luminizer over it -- that way, you can achieve a bronzed look and add luminosity, but not all over (which can look shiny). My favorites are NARS Laguna  + a touch of the NARS Multiple in Copacabana to highlight the cheekbones and browbone -- it gives your face a healthy, luminous glow. If you prefer a liquid highlighter, try Benefit High Beam (http://www.sephora.com/browse/product.jhtml?id=P1281&categoryId=B70) or Smashbox Artificial Light Luminizing Liquid (http://www.sephora.com/browse/product.jhtml?id=P9888&categoryId=B70).

For an all-in-one bronze glow, try a luminous bronzer, like LORAC TANtalizer Baked Bronzer, which contains shimmer: http://www.sephora.com/browse/product.jhtml?id=P210301&categoryId=B70. (Don't use this to contour, though.)
