product to hide age spots on face

What is a good product that will help cover two age spots.  One on my cheek and the other on my nose.  Key is I have large pores so many products just enhance that problem.   Has anyone found a product that really does the trick without the obvious appearance of using a concealer?

The Dermablend Concealer is a really great product. It is sold in CVS but it is truly very great and can hide anything. Don't use too much though. A little goes a very long way and looks fantastic.

I have had good success using Clinique Even Better Clinical Dark Spot Corrector on my age spots. It faded away 2 completely and greatly reduced the other one, such that I don't have to use concealer on them any more.
