My friend really needs a new liquid foundation but does not want to spend alot of money at all. She doesnt really care too much about big brand names either. She has pretty normal skin. Any suggestions? Thanks a bunch!

I love the rimmel 24 hour foundation, it lasts for a really long time and looks great on not cakey and ts cheap.
