I have a lighter forehead but darker in other areas and I need something to make even all over.

Hi,

 

I would suggest using a tinted moisturizer and bronzer to help even out the skin. My suggestion would be to get a tinted moisturizer that matches cheek area. That way when you bring it up to your forehead it'll tint it. Then I would recommend a bronzer and apply it around the outter perimeter.
