A green concealer will neutralize redness. Clinique makes a good one: http://www.sephora.com/browse/product.jhtml?id=P24
If your redness is all over, though, you could actually use a green color correcting primer (like Make Up For Ever HD primer) underneath your makeup.
I hope this helps!
My favorite concealer in the whole world is lancome effacernes. That stuff lasts forever and will cover any redness without looking obvious or overly done up. Actually, it'll pretty much cover anything =)
How often do you exfoliate your skin? Try Kate Somerville's "Exfolikate" for sensitive skin, to take care of the "dryness" (2-3 times a week). Also try Makeup Forever's Concealer Palette. It comes with a green concealer (to neutralize red) and 4 shades to customize your perfect match. Good Luck
