UD Naked Foundation Scent?

Yesterday, I went to Sephora and the cast member matched me with a shade of the new Urban Decay Naked Foundation, and fixed me a sample of it in one of the plastic containers.  I don't know if this is from the little container or what, but when I applied some of it this morning, it smelled kind of like paint.  Has anyone else experience this or was it just my sample?  I apologize if this seems like an insane question to ask lol.

Hey Kimmi!  That's definitely not a weird question at all.  I just pulled out my sample of the foundation-it does seem to smell very very faintly of paint at first, but when I blended it into my hand, that smell disappeared within a couple seconds, and it didn't smell like anything after that.  Maybe you just have a really good sense of smell!

I own it and I noticed it has an odd scent as soon as it comes out of the bottle, but as soon as you blend it disappears.

That seems odd, but I had a similar issue with a sample of the Smashbox BB Cream when it came out earlier in the year. It actually made my skin smell a little odd too! LIke a super heavy sunscreen smell. The full size didn't have this, so maybe it was the container. What are your thoughts on the product?

I only had the sample from the little packet that I got from Sephora.  It also smelled kind of like paint, but when I put it on it disappeared.  I think this particular foundation, because its so runny, it absorbs smell better.  It was really gross and I felt like I could smell it on me even after the smell disappeared and it was a bit of a turn off.  I still don't own the foundation yet and am a little iffy because it looks like it comes in a plastic container and I don't wanna smell like paint or plastic.

I have the UD Naked foundation and it has a really faint "wet" odor at first when I pump it out of the bottle, but once I blend it out, it's fine. My primer has more odor than the Naked foundation, and it takes quite a while to dissipate.

Lol, that doesnt seem like an insane question at all, I wish I could answer your question, but I can't because I dont have it yet! Haha, but I really want to get it, and I was wondering how you like it? Is it worth the price? Would you choose it over MUFE HD Invisible?
