Need foundation with great coverage!
I have used several types of foundations. I started off with Bare Minerals. I did like the coverage it provided but I would notice throughout the day that it would settle into my laugh lines and other lines around my eyes. It makes minimal wrinkles more apparent. Next, I was recommended to try Laura Mercier's tinted moisturizer. I love the dewy glow it gives off but it does not provide enough coverage. The most recent product I have tried was Nars powder foundation. I like it for the most part but I don't think it's worth the money and i've noticed an issue with in my t-zone that tends to be drier than the rest of my face. I just want to find a foundation that provides even coverage. I have imperfections that I want covered and if i'm going to spend the money on makeup I feel thats not too much to ask.

I am going to agree with another poster and say MUFE HD foundation. I used Bare Minerals before and as much as I liked it, it was cakey and caused me to breakout. At the suggestion of others, I tried MUFE. The application of the makeup is beautiful and helps to create a flawless finish. I have acne scars and it covers it up pretty good. My friends always comment with how lovely and healthy my skin looks. Plus, it is so hydrating, which is important for a person like me with naturally dry skin.

Currently I use the MUFE HD foundation, and I'm obsessed. It's full coverage, and with a tad bit of concealer you're ready to look gorgeous the rest of the day. I would highly recommend this product to anyone. ![]()

Start with a flake free and moisturized base I love Clinique Moiature Surge, then if you want an even poreless and long lasting finish use a primer like Smashbox or Sephora is quite good, if pores are a concern the Dr. Brandt Pore Refiner makes an awesome primer. If you like a very full coverage thicker foundation Bobbi Brown Stick Foundation. For a thin but very full coverage Illamasqua, Pixiwoo just did a red carpet look on youtube, she uses this foundation, it's great.

YES!! I second the Laura Mercier silk cream foundation, you have to try it!! I just bought it today after sampling it for a week. I love that it covers so well that I don't need a ton of concealer. Just make sure you apply it properly, you have to use a sponge. I use the Beauty Blender but a regular sponge would work just as well. ![]()

If you enjoyed Laura Mercier's tinted moisturizer but felt it didn't give enough coverage, I would definitely recommend the Laura Mercier Silk Creme Foundation. It's super creamy, gives full coverage, doesn't feel heavy, and the small-ish bottle lasts forever. Also, I noticed that I had less frequent breakouts after using it for about 1 and a half months.
