Hey anneantz,
I have found that Revlon Colorstay Makeup with Softflex for Normal/Dry Skin and Revlon Age Defying with Botafirm for Dry Skin both work really well.  I have tried just about everything when it comes to liquid foundation and in all honesty, these were the only ones that kept my skin looking fresh and not flakey looking. Hope this helps!

I have very dry skin where nomatter how much moisturizers I use, I still flake at times. I just started using Cliniqie Repairwear Laser Focus foundation. It seems to be doing great. Makesure you invest in a decent moisturizer. I utilize a French brand moisturizer that does wonders. I would suggest going to Sephora and asking for samples of some of the foundations that are specifically for dry skin and giving it a try. Try not to buff in foundation because that can also cause your skin to be flaky, instead stipple.
