Hi,

I help my nieces with their make up.   My emphasis is "your make up should not enter the room before you do" having saidt that, I know the younger generation likes some of the more bold make up items.

For your face, less is more.  More with dry out your skin, draw attention to your skin, cause more break outs, etc.  You will be constantly battling with putting on and removing your make up (no fun) esp. for the basics of foundations and skin care. If you have time, most of us want to do our eyes (now that is fun)

The Asian or Korean BB (Blemish Balms) Creams are super hot these days and are selling all over the world.  Sephora now carries one line (Dr Jarts) however, there are many other BB Creams on the market (Misha, Skin79, Etude House, HDRC, etc).

The BB cream was developed in Germany to heal skin (after treatments) reduce redness, clear up break outs, keep blemish outbreaks under control, etc.  They are really easy to apply (just a few stokes on your face and under eyes), and easy to remove (wash your face at the end of the day)

Now it may not give you skin that looks perfect but, no one has perfect skin !!!

I would suggest reading about these creams on YouTube and also surf the web.  There are many stores (in AU, Canada, and yes, Korea where they are very popular) that sell various BB Creams.

You could try the Dr Jarts that Sephora carries.  If that product doesn't help, there are so many others.  You choose based on your skin needs.  I doubt you need anti wrinkle, but sunscreen, medium coverage, perhaps whitening if you are red, a formula for break outs or sensitive skin...

These products are rather inexpensive (Misha starts at around $10 and the highest grade is about $40).  I have been doing alot of research on these creams and ordered a sample pack of every type of the Skin79 (EBAY or Amazon) so I can try them, and I also have the Dr. Jarts from Sephora but have a few issues with the product

I think the BB Creams would be a great thing for you.  You can know you are not alone in your skin issues, and really do not have to hide behind a "MASK" of products that cost you a bundle, take alot of work to apply, make your skin irritated / dry / or cause more break outs, and then need lots of make up remover at night (which also will irritate your skin).

The MUFE is a prof line that is great for special events but everyday school at your age?  I would seriously hesitate to use primer, colored primer, concealer, MUFE or another foundation, anti acne creams, powders to set your face, make up remover and then more creams to heal your more irritated skin

In 8th grade, you should be having fun.

Seriously, no one looks at your skin more than you do - so I would do what the Asian and rest of the world is doing, which has proven to be the solution - the BB or Blemish Balms or Belmish Balms or Beauty Balms (all depends on the Company and product).

No irritation to your skin, less break outs, skin improvements, reduces irritation and redness and scars, and makes you look radiant (albeit:  NO ONE is going to look perfect)

Then, with your spare money and time (which you will have ALOT of if using the BB creams and not the other products), do your eyes to draw attention away from any "blemishes" you feel you have.

Go to YOUTUBE and do a search, look at Amazon, EBAY and do a GOOGLE Search, go to SEPHORA and get a sample of the BB they carry (Dr Jarts) to see if this one will work, get the 4 pack from Skin79 ($10 for 4 tubes of different types), etc.

Soon you will be ALL SET

GOOD LUCK
