Grey blemishes

Hey everyone i need some ASAP advice Bc I am seeing my crush tomorrow afternoon !

I have medium brown skin and i have dry skin. I use clinique dark spot corrector twice a day on old blemish marks but is it normal that these marks are over a year old and still there?!

Anywho for makeup.. Ill use lotion, primer and then MUFE hd liquid foundation in caramel 170. My skin still gets dry patches what can I do? What to do to prevent this but also if I put on my makeup what do I do at that moment rather than start again ?

Ok so I use smash box medium dark or something like that concealer . It works great for under my eyes but when I put it on my blemishes the blemishes still peek through. It looks like I just painted them a bit. My face looks brown with grey blemishes then.
What do I do?
I'm seein the guy tomorrow and I know it's not a big deal but it really makes me insecure . These blemishes aren't even zits and it makes me mad if my face looks like I have them hen I don't.
I've tried macs concealer as well and it looked the best color match but again grey blemishes after a bit.

I'll go to a sephora consultant if I get a chance but in case I don't.. Any suggestions?

Thank u for reading :smileyhappy:

Hi curvygirli!

I know this may be a bit late but I hope it can still be of some help to you. And remember.. if your crush is judging you by a few pesky marks on the face? Forget about it! :smileywink: Don't let that affect how you feel about yourself as its your personality that is always most important! Of course some fun makeup and a flawless complexion definitely CAN be a nice boost!

I know how you feel as I have some VERY stubborn scars that just will not fade away and will show up instantly on my skin from ANY little blemish I get! I use a liquid foundation (MUFE HD 123) and apply the Kat Von D Tattoo Concealer on top (dabbing it!) then a bit more foundation and powder, another coat of concealer and more powder. Sounds like a lot but it really does help! You can also use (like was already suggest to you, thanks magalicious!) a color correcting primer that can help to reduce and minimize the appearance of any blemishes, dark marks or spots on the skin.

Also, try a makeup setting spray that can keep the makeup and cover up lasting in place for hours! I love the Kat Von D Lock n Load since it is lightweight and doesn't irritate my skin. :catvery-happy:
