I am very pale and am looking for a new highlighter that will show up well on my skin- any suggestions?
Face
I am looking for the best face setting powder for a hot, humid climate. Or someone who works in a kitchen. You know - fast-paced, hot conditions. I don't need suggestions for under eye nor finishing powders. I'm looking for a powder that helps foundation stay on all day. Locks it in. Must be suitable for medium to tan skin tones. No flashback hazards. Prefer a natural to matte finish. Not really into shimmer. It's a plus if the powder provides coverage, but translucent is fine. I'm looking for something that helps make your face bulletproof. Any suggestions from those of you who've tried it all?

Does anyone have a good idea what kind of foundation would be good for oily/combination skin? I'm oily on my forehead and chin, dry around my nose, and I have fairly normal skin on the rest of my face. I was thinking about Kat Von D's Lock It! foundation, but I am a little unsure if that would be best. I read a lot of reviews, and people with my type of skin were kind of split. Some said it was the best, others said it made their skin worse. So I was also looking at Too Faced's Born This Way, since it was also recommended for my skin type. I'm currently using CoverGirl's TruBlend in l1 ivory. I'd like to find something better than this, because I believe it is part of the reason why I am still breaking out so badly, especially on my forehead. If anyone has any suggestions, that would be great!! Thank you

Looking for a hydrating BB or CC cream. I have very dry skin and I'm looking for something with better coverage than the Bareminerals Complexion Rescue.

Best long wearing foundation for wedding day?
Face
I was wondering what everyone preferred. The Bareminerals Complexion Rescue or the Dr. Jart Beauty Balm. I have the Complexion Rescue, but I've been wanting to try the Beauty Balm and was wondering if it is better.

My mom is interested in trying a primer for her foundation.  She is 63 and her skin is normal to slightly oily in the t-zone.  She'd like something to help keep her makeup on and help make any lines less visible.    Thank you!!

I'm not good at picking the right shade when buying a new foundation online. Every brand seems so different in their color coding. I would rather go to a Sephora and compare shades to my skin, but I don't have one near me. How do you guys do it?

Does anyone have any primer, foundation, concealer, and powder suggestions for dry skin? I also have red spots/acne and large pores I'm looking for a primer that'll smooth and hydrate my skin as well as make my makeup last all day. I'm looking for a foundation that is full coverage and won't cake on, or extenuate my dry skin.
Face
looking for a good foundation, whether creamy or powder, that offers complete coverage for brown spots, and would last all day....
Face Q&A
So everytime i put on pressed powder after my foundation, my face looks dry, flaky and cakey. its mostly around the sides of my nose, cheeks and forehead. i have very pale skin and have dry, sensitive cheeks and my forehead chin and nose are oily. could someone recommend a product or advice for me?

Hello ladies, so face powders have always been my issue. They are too expensive because I go through them really fast. A high end powder lasts me a month, two at the most. So even though I prefer to use high end makeup and don't remember last time being at drugstore, powders is the thing I only buy at Ulta and buy it super cheap. Right now I use Maybelline FIT ME powder. So my question is:   1) Do high end powders also last you that little? Is it just me? How do you save on powders? Because I never see them in sephora favorites sets, or gwps, or samples, or anywhere where we get goodies for free!   2) Any drugstore face powders you would recommend?   Thanks

Is it worth the $20 to buy the Real beauty blender (Pink one) or is the Real Techniques one just as good?

Hi I currently use Merle Norman Lasting foundation. That stuff stays on! I live in a humid environment and am I outside a lot. I don't have time to stop and look at my face to see how oily it is or not. But I'm in a mood for a change. What foundation out there will stay matte, stay on, but not look or feel like I have a layer of foundation on? Thank you.

I have dry skin and I was wondering if this will make it look dewier and maybe more natural but not sure if it does the same thing.

What foundation does the best job not sticking to dry patches?
Face Q&A
I have combination skin and I have been looking all over for a moisturizer and foundation primer that doesn't irritate my skin. I finally found both- but I'm starting to see that even after I let my moisturizer sit for a while before I put on the primer (and then I do apply the primer) and I'm applying my foundation, there are dry patches all over my face! Especially my nose, under my eyes, and on my forehead. I generally apply more primer on my dry spots, since the primer I use is hydrating, or so. I don't know really what to do, should I change my primer? Is it my skin? My moisturizer? Even my foundation? Or am I missing a step or doing something wrong in my beauty routine? Please help!

i love the look of contour but cant seem to conture properly, what are the best ways to learn and products to use

I recently went to a contouring class through Sephora and, since I have dry skin, I was advised to use the Anastasia cream contour pallet.  I absolutely loved it, the product was easy to use and looked great.  However, a couple hours after application, my face started itching.     My skin type is dry and sensitive and I use dermatologist approved moisturizers and cleansers but normal Tarte or Bare Minerals for my face.  I figured the Anastsia would be fine but maybe not?  Is there any advice on another good cream contour kit for sensitive skin?  Or should I put something in-between my foundation and the contour kit to help?   Thanks! Amanda
