Brow Color Help!
So before I started filling in my brows, I did all the research I could about colors and products and such. I have black hair, and I read online that it is not wise to purchase a product that is purely black as it can look very dramatic and fake. I recently purchased Sephora's Retractable Brown Pencil in Midnight Brown and filled in my brows, and it looked obvious that it was drawn on! Just FYI, I go a little bit out of my natural brow shape and extend the tail a bit longer to get that arched look. Should I exchange the pencil with a true black eyebrow pencil? Help!

Stila Smudge Stick Eyeliners Won't Work!!
OK, I've seriously tried EVERYTHING to make these liners work.  I've tried pulling while twisting, pushing while twisting, jiggling it a little, plain ol' twisting, etc. to get more of the liner to swirl out from the stick.  BUT IT JUST WON'T DO IT.  I've taken it into the store, and when the nice Sephora lady couldn't get it to work, she gave me a new one.  Well, that one wouldn't work either.  So I took that one back.  It didn't work either.  In total, I have exchanged this thing 4 times.  None of them have worked. It's really disappointing because I love the liner--great texture, awesome smudge-y-ness--but it WON'T WORK. I've kinda given up, so now it's just sitting somewhere in my blackhole of a make-up box. Has anyone else had this problem, or am I just extremely unlucky?  Could this please be fixed??

Yes agree. I have a few few of these too. The trick is to keep twisting - I thought mine was defective too, but I just kept twisting and it will eventually come out :) see post

Which Nars Palette?
Good Morning BT! I'm thinking of getting either the Nars Dual Intensity Palette or the Narsissist Eyeshadow Palette during Chic Week. I have the entire UD Naked collection of shadows and the past 2 years of the Tarte holiday shadow palettes that came in the gift combo set around the holidays. I've never tried Nars shadows, so does anyone have any suggestions? Thanks!

Need a new eyeshadow primer!
Hey ladies! I have very discolored as well as oily eyelids, and I am in need of an eyeshadow primer that both neutralizes the area and prevents the creasing caused by the oil! I currently use either my Mac soft ochre paint pot or my pro longwear concealer to mask the discoloration, but my eyeshadow still creases usually, even though the products are supposed to be crease-proof. I also have started setting the primer with translucent powder recently, but it still creases. I've heard amazing things about the Nars Smudge Proof Eyeshadow Base for oily eyelids, but the only thing is that it is a clear formula. If any of you have tried this primer, can it be used on top of concealer on the eyelids? If you guys also have oily and discolored lids, recommendations would be much appreciated! Thanks!   Paola

Hazel Eyes looking for mascara/eyeliner suggestions

What are good eyeshadow colors/palettes for someone new to makeup?
I'm 16-almost-17 and finally getting into makeup. I feel like eyeshadow is what I'm going to struggle with most, partly because holy heck what do I do and also because I'm so pale. I'm super pale and freckled, red hair, blue eyes. I have no idea what would look good on me, and what colors I should start learning to use. I like neutrals, but want to be able to try something more adventurous every once in a while too. Suggestions? Not just for colors but also styles and cream vs. powder, if you could, would be greatly appreciated!

Not sure who can help me with this.  I already have Naked 1 and 3 eye palettes as well as a palette from De Balm.  I want to add another palette to add on to what I have to help spice things up a bit, but not with too bold too crazy rainbow colours.  I seem to have lots of nudes.  I have my eye on the Chocolate Bar Palette, but they seem to have similar colours to the Naked ones.  Any suggestions?  I am thinking the maybe up to $60-65 range.

Need tips for a Summer eyeshadow palette for my dark hair, light skin and hooded eyes!

Liquid liner bleeding during application
I'm having kind of a weird problem; once it's on, my eyeliner stays put. I used to use pencils and gels but have recently switched to Kat Von D's Tattoo Liner.  Loving this liner and finding that liquid works better for hugging the lashline and that it entails way less tugging.  BUT, it has a tendency to bleed  during application .  Before it even sets, it bleeds into tiny wrinkles in my upper lids.  I don't even have many upper lid wrinkles, but this formula finds them and settles into them ASAP. Has anyone else experienced this and found a way around it? FYI, I do use eye primer (Too Faced's Shadow Insurance, which I've found to work better for me and look more natural on me than any of the others.), so it's not just a matter of needing to use primer.   Thanks!

Eye makeup remover that nourishes lashes
There are serums and mascara primers that nourish your lashes and helps them grow.   There are eye makeup removers for gentle/sensitive eyes and extra strength for stay-put eye makeup. They come in liquids, gels, foam, oil, balm or wipes   Is there such a product that actually helps lashes grow and removes waterproof mascara at the end of the day?   I’m intrigued by one in particular by Kate Somerville. Have you tried this one or any other one? What is your experience with such product?   I need to repurchase an eye makeup remover soon and need suggestions to try a new one please.

Hard to curl lashes, please help!
Hey ladies, I'm headed to Sephora tomorrow and I'm in need of advice on mascara. I have fairly long lashes that will curl when using an eyelash curler, but the second that I apply mascara to my lashes they droop down and sick out straight. I've resorted to wearing waterproof mascara daily, which is terrible for my lashes and sometimes very difficult to remove. Does anyone know of a mascara that is lightweight enough to keep my lashes curled but also volumizes and lengthens?

Depotting Colour Pop shadows
