I have to fill in some sparse areas in my brows and am looking for something that looks the most natural. I often find that if I get anything but the lightest color it is too dark and harsh for me. I have light brown hair.

I haven't worn much waterproof make up before and don't have make up remover (just soap and water). Usually I use Buxom's insider liner in onyx (and several other colors), and I'm about to run out and was thinking of trying the new hold the line but... how would you get it off?? I've heard a couple things to get waterproof eyeliner off, olive oil, lotion or make up remover on a q tip, but is that really ok to get in your eyes? Is it bad to not use remover to get it out? (Like leave it or reapply?) I'd imagine it would be but would love to hear an explanation...

Hi all,   I have a moderate tremor in both hands and it makes the more precise aspects of makeup application difficult.  Specifically I have trouble with eyeliner and mascara.  I can't get a straight line with the eyeliner and I keep stabbing myself in the eye or getting wicked smudges with the mascara.  Does anyone have any suggestions for how to apply eye makeup with shaky hands?   Thanks to anyone who has thoughts!

I love natural stuff, and neutral makeup products. I don't even know why. So i was just relaxing and fooling around with my makeup when i randomly thought, "What's the point of wearing neutral eyeshadows when it doesn't look like you're wearing anything?" and it really bothered me to not know. I guess what I'm asking is why do people wear neutral eyeshadows and stuff? Especially when most are shimmery and it's obvious you put eyeshadow on that is practically the same color of your skin...   This must sound really weird, especially coming from me because probably half my posts are about "natural looking makeup", "neutral eyeshadows", "natural eye palettes", etc hahaa. 

Hi I want to start using an eye primer. I was looking at Urban Decay primer potion or Bare Minerals prime time eyelid primer. Which one of these would you guys recommend? If not these which one? Thanks

I am going to France in a few months, and I would love to have a pretty large eyeshadow palette to take with me. My favorite shadows are urban decay, and I'm planning on taking my naked 2, but they don't have a larger palette than that or a build your own larger than 4. I would preferably like something at least 15 shades please I really really like my shadows to be very pigmented, like UD ones. Thank you so much!

I have read a million reviews but still have no clue. I have gray blue eyes, pale skin, and brown curly hair. Both I guess would work for me, but I want to get the most out of the palette. Advice?

 

have extremely thin and short eye lashes. I have tried many different mascaras only a few make them look long and thick after multiple times applying but it wears off quickly during the day, little black dots under my eyes. What mascara will work the best?

Okay so I need help. I use Eyeko Skinny Liquid Eyeliner and I liked it at first but now its fading and it isn't as black as it use to be. I have to use to liners now just to make it the black I want to. Is there any recommendations for a very black liquid eyeliner that is really black and stays throughout the day?

I like to get the eyeshadow wet, and paint on the line with an eyeliner brush. My bobbi brown eyeshadow worked great, until it broke. The less expensive brands Ive been using dont stay on well at all.  Are there any other brands out there that work well for this?

So.. I just need to know how truly awesome the Lorac Pro Palette is.  None of my local Sephoras have this palette for me to play with. I am really interested in the combination of shimer/satin and matte shades... I have the naked basics palette, but would like a little more.   Thank You!

Hey everyone! Does anyone know how good is the naked2 pallet? I love neutral colors in the day. I've been wanting to get my hands on that pallet but not sure. Anyone recommend it ? 

Has anyone used both? I am trying to decide which one would be better. I have somewhat oily lids, but always use a primer. I like the idea of the retractable so that I need to sharpen less, but I want the liner to stay put. Please help!

Hi ladies!  I was browsing in my local Sephora after work today and saw that Anastasia has a bright blue mascara and also a purple one!  It looked like so much fun especially with summer coming around the bend.   Just wondering if anyone is planning to sport a colored mascara this summer?  Dannyc, weren't you looking for a Chanel one a few weeks ago?  Did you ever find "the one"?   I would love something blue/greenish with a sparkly finish!

I've been using one from Victoria secret one of the baked shadows its a beautiful silver white with glitter in it, however they discontinued it   so, i'm trying to find the sephora equivalent, the thing i love most about it is how bright white it is and how easily it blends, but i can't stand cream eye shadows or sticks.    i love urban decay and i'm trying to see if polyester bride would be kinda similar to what i'm looking for?    thanks in advance!

I have a 78 color NYX kit and decided to mess around with some colors tonight. On my right eye I did greens & blues (under water theme), and the left eye is sunset themed. My husband told me my left eye looks cool when I close it but looks inflamed when it is open (oh dear!). I am not wearing any makeup besides shadows & mascara. (no foundation, brow pencil, brow wax- lol my brows look a little unruly in these pics!).   Just thought I would share what I did 10 minutes ago.   I have semi hooded lids so I had to really lift up my eyebrow for you to see any color. The pic where the shadow looks all wrinkled (the last pic) is when Im not lifting my brow.

Hey!   What's everybody's favorite mascara?   Mine is any Dior Diorshow Mascara paired with the Dior Diorshow Maximizer Lash Plumping Serum! My eyelashes have grown and I like to wear the Plumping Serum to bed one day of the week so my eyelashes get hydrated and moisturized!   Along with Dior, I love Lancome and am obsessed with the Hypnosis Doll Lashes Mascara! Both Diorshow and Hypnosis Doll Lashes work wonderfully and they are FAB buys!   <3

SO! I have very straight lashes.. I mean like camel straight... (lol) fairly long when curled the problem is, they've discontinued the mascara that works best for me (Maybelline sky high curves - only the waterproof version) This mascara held a curl ALL day (after using an eyelash curler) and even after sleeping!   I've tried YSL mascara and while it smells lovely, it doesn't hold the curl, or extend my regular lashes for that "false" lash look. Any suggestions on a great one?   thanks!

Every time I use Urban Decay eye shadow I think, why do I ever stray? I love it. Soft and creamy, great color payoff and no fallout!   However, I've recently seen other BT posters singing the praises of different types eye shadow, so I'm curious!   What is your vote for best overall eye shadow (by brand)?
