I'm going to a summer festival and want to rock some winged eyeliner, but I need to find the BEST waterproof eyeliner that won't drain my bank account!!

@Anonymous MUFE aqua eyes is a favorite.  For something less expensive, I recommend Revlon Colorstay.  Have fun!

I really like Stila's Stay All Day Waterproof Mascara. It is very pigmented and you can get a great winged liner with it.

I absolutely second this. It's my HG eyeliner and I have very oily lids that struggle with staying power. I've used the Stila liner plus my UD Primer Potion for years now and it always lasts through raves, festivals, clubbing, parties, etc. I literally come home hours later feeling disgusting but my liner and eyeshadow look perfect as if I just applied it. $29 is a hefty price but mine lasts up to a year or more! The KVD one doesn't even compare.

I've been using MUFE Aqua Black Waterproof Cream Eyeshadow for months now and I find that, on me, it lasts all day. You may wanna clean the product on the surface from time to time as it might harden to ensure you always have a smooth line. It is 23$.

The UD Ink for Eyes used to be my favorite. Check this brand as well as I think this product has been discontinued, as their new gel eyeliner could have the same performance.

If you are more into liquid formulas, you can try Stila Stay All Day® Waterproof Liquid Eye Liner. It's 22 $ and I found it longlasting.
