Hi! My mom needs a little help. She has brown eyes that are outlined in a soft green. For skintone she uses Sephora brand medium 32 honey but its just a tad dark on her, and her hair colour is dyed to a medium brown with hints of gold. I would have uploaded a picture but I couldn't get a good one, so I will upload one later if I can get one.
Now that all her colouring is out there, what type's of colours would look best for her?

I would suggest the Naked Eye kit and the Romantic Eye Kit, the Naked Eye has a great range of eye brightening neutrals to work with and the Romantic Eye has some playful colors.
Brown eyes have a range as far as what shadow will compliment as brown is not a specific color on the color wheel, it's about picking and choosing what tones in the brown you want to emphasize. If you want to play up the brick/red tones, go for olive/deep greens, if you want to emphasize the amber tones in the eye (orange) go for navy or even a pop of turquoise, if you want to bring out the lighter/golden tones, use purples, as with the color wheel (blue/orange, green/red, and yellow/purple) are complimentary colors.
With green eyes, since red is the complimentary color, try going with soft rose shades or even a rich brick toned bronze. And since purple is a color that has red in it, doing lilac or deep eggplant also works well for green eyes.
The olives and purples in the Romantic Eye kit make great pops of color in addition to working with the softer shades in the Naked Eye kit. Plus the kits have a range of finishes, everything from satins, slight shimmers, to matte shades.

Plums & Golds with some killer liner & mascara will look fantastic on her.

For your mom's eyes I would recommend golds, plums especially will really bring out the light green around the brown. She might also try bronzes. I think any of these colors would go great with your mom's eyes. Just remember in the golds go with lighter colors not to bold. Hope this helps.

Sephoramusthave has some great suggestions! In addition to what she said (especially the gold), I would try out some plum and olive green shades to really make her eyes pop. This is a great eyeshadow palette for her:

And also check out Urban Decay's Last Call for a nice plum.

Your moms eyes sound like mine! I have brown eyes with a ring of green around them too (just like my daddy!). It really depends on what looks your mom likes, but neutrals rock on everyone. Try these colors from Urban Decay.
