FEBRUARY 2017: 25 Days of EYESHADOW CHALLENGE (plus, color sub-challenge)

For those that need a little guidance on getting started here is a color sub-challenge.  Let's go by day of the week for simplicity. Don't get stuck in a rut. Use different colors each time from this Chart.

Mon: 1st row

-creams, browns, burgundy

-violets and darker pinks

Tue: 2nd row

-creams, copper, golds, taupe

-pastel pinks, bright pinks, golden peach

Wed: 3rd row

-grays, taupe, silver, white, black

-sienna, yellow, soft peach, bright orange

Thu: 4th row

-all blues

-creams, peachy nudes, mossy greens

Fri: 5th row 

-all greens, aquamarines

-ROY G BIV 

What: 25 days of daily eyeshadow Show & Tell.

-Wear a different eyeshadow(s) for 25 days.
-Post photos of eye look, eyeshadows or swatches.

-Describe the product. Not only are you shopping your own collection but also providing inspiration to others!

 Love this eye look! I am a little (just a little) over my gold eyeshadow obsession and have moved on to KVD Tinsel eyeshadow.

Natural eye look! Smudge, Dab, Rub, Smoked....100x + primer + 6 colors + 5 brushes.

It is one of my favourite palette when I want to give eyes just a definition. @PaletteAddict99 I agree with tsavorite. Your brows are perfect.

I used to Keep them very thin but got inspired here on BT to let them grow out.

Day 6- RG chose 125 + 13. 125 the top one is the 3rd color from the Viseart Sultry Muse Palette, and 125 is Urban Decay Daybreak.

What do you do after RG chooses your colors for the day...do you remove those colors from the list so they won't be chosen again?  Do you keep the colors on the list and hope they won't be chosen again?

@Titian06 I keep a running tab of the colors chosen. I keep them on the list, and if it chooses them again I'll have it pick another color.

Catching up On a few looks from last week. I've been sick at home, so cheered myself up by trying some colorful looks. I have faith that one day I'll get better at brows, but today is not that day so please ignore them! Here is another ABH Modern Renaisance look.

Thanks @fatimamummy! I've been having a lot of fun playing around. Definitely wait until you feel like wearing shadows, because it took packing on a lot of powder!

@playingdressup - Wow!  These are both awesome!  It's interesting how each one makes your eye color look different.  I think I'm going to try the ABH look (or similar look).  The red colors in that palette don't look particularly good on me, but maybe I just need the right eye look.  I blame it on how red my eyes are from my allergies!

Thanks @Titian06! I know how you feel! My eyes are usually quite red & itchy all spring. I'm not sure the red would work so well then! Maybe try the look with more brown or gold in the inner corner, to keep the red out of that area? 

I think I need to wear more red while I can, because I do like how it brings out the bit of green in my eyes.

That ABH look is one of the best I've seen in a long time.  It's understated but unexpected, and it brings out all the green in your eyes.  I'm definitely going to try that one.
