vibrant eyeshadow for hazel eyes

Hello,

I am very fair skined with hazel eyes. I really would like vibrant color eyeshadows but a lot of times i end up looking like a clown in it cause im so fair! What colors would be best for me? Also what color liquid eyeliner would be good?  I really dont like clinique as it broke me out and made me itch a lot. Thank you!

I am the same coloring. Fair, hazel eyes.

Try adding a pop of color, such as electric blue, or deep, rich purple, as an accent color, instead of bold colors everywhere.

I like to add a touch of color to a sof,t neutral base shadow. I use a dry powder shadow, with a damp angled brush, on top of my basic brown eyeliner, and in the outer corner of my eyes.

Adds a nice pop, but not  overkill.
