how to apply smoky eye shadow
I have brown eyes am 45 years old and would like to know which eye shadows you recommend for smoky eyes. I dont like shimmery and glitter as I do not want to accentuate on my fine lines around my eyes...

you can use matte shades but I think a little shimmer on the inner corner of the eye really helps to add brightness and lift.
Make sure to invest in eyeshadows that are more smooth and emollient for the best application.
I like the ones from NARS.
Also try to use more cream shadows. Revlon makes great cream eyeshadow quads and Benefit's creaseless cream shadows are also a good product.
