best liquid liner

hey ladies! so i finally got good at using this random, gorgeous blue stilla liquid liner that i have so i've decided to finally buy a black liquid liner for the cat eye look. i was wondering what brands have the best liquid liners? i want something that is easy of use, very sturdy, not over $25 (preferably around $20) and has wearability/comes off easily with makeup remover. thanks for the help!!
