differences? which is better? which should i buy?

they're kind of similar from what i've heard. so i don't know which to buy. i want something to make my eyes look bigger, more awake even if i have bags under my eyes.

to give you an idea of my usual eye make up routine: i usually wear just black eyeliner on top and i wing it on the side and black mascara. sometimes i'll use brown eyeshadow or wear bottom black eyeliner (a little) but not often.

If you are looking for more of a brightening concealer to get rid of under eye bags, Ooh la la lift is the way to go.  You apply this product just like a normal concealer.  Eye bright is a pink pencil, sort of like an eyeliner pencil that you would apply to the inner corners of the eyes, on your browbone, and along your bottom waterline for a brightening affect to make your eyes look brighter and more awake.  I think you should look into a light reflective concealer to brighten up any bags you have-here is the link to the one I use and love by MUFE:
