White eyeliner for waterline? (not sparkly)
What is a good white eyeliner for your waterline? I would prefer it not to be shimmery/sparkly as I'm not looking to highlight, but rather make it so it looks like my eye is bigger than it is, and I think one with sparkles will come off looking a little fakey. I was also hoping for a more richly-pigmented liner rather than a sheer one.
Any recommendations?
Thank you! ![]()

To open up the eye area, I would actually try a flesh colored pencil, not a white one; I think flesh tones look more natural and effectively create the illusion of larger eyes, whereas sometimes I think white has the opposite effect. For this, I really like Tarte EmphasEYES Inner Rim Brightener: http://sephora.com/browse/product.jhtml?id=P278605
