What is the best eyeshadow kit/brand for a senior in high school?
I like colors and I don't mind dark or sparkles! I have the Naked 2 palette by Urban Decay and I love it! Also I love kits where it gives you ideas on how to wear the eyeshadow!! Im willing to try almost anything!! Its hot where I live and I hate it when my eyeshadow creases or 'melts'!!! Help Please!!

Hi bayles7!
Try some of the Too Faced palettes
A lot of them come with cool tips and step by step cards on how to recreate the looks or mix and match the colors!
I also like the Lancome 5 colour design palettes which show you where to put the looks and come with step by steps too!

I also toss my two cents in for raving about the Too Faced palettes!
Also, try a good eye shadow primer to prevent shadows from fading and creasing.
My fave and an all star favorite in the beauty industry is Urban Decay's Primer Potion! It comes in clear (purple tube), a shimmering champagne (bronze tube), matte nude (in a yellow tube), and shimmering gold (in a gold tube). The ones with tints can be worn as cream shadows and also help to neutralize unwanted undertones on the eye lids.
Primers will allow for easier blending capabilities, smoother application, added impact and color payoff, and longer wear on shadows. I've seen $3 eye shadows look a world's difference with a quality primer underneath, so having that tool is highly recommended. especially when working with higher end brands!

Hi! I second the recommendation for a too faced eyeshadow palette since they have great colors, and come with helpful instructions/suggestions. Here is the link to all of the too faced palettes:
