What color eye shadow should I wear with red lipstick?

I've asked the same question and all the gals on here have responded with nuetrals colors, such as browns and golds. Just muted so that your red lips stand out and it's not too much makeup with your eyes competing.

Hi! Makeupobsessed said it perfectly. I dont know what your eye color is, so here are some neutral color suggestions for specific eye colors:
Blue eyes: peaches, bronzes, coppers, pale pinks
Green eyes: golds, peaches, copper, bronzes
Brown eyes: golds, taupes, all browns, champagnes

I would recommend sticking to neutral eye shadows to keep the focus on the red lipstick and not have your eyes and lips competing for attention.
