I would suggest you try a Physicians Formula or even a basic Wet n Wild cover up for a yellow or peach tone to use.

I know you said a drugstore brand however, I think that the Benefit Erase Paste is a good investment. Its a peach tone concealer that also has a built in highlighter. It will bounce back light and make dark circles appear less visible. I hope that this helps!
