Need waterproof makeup for a camping trip...

I'm going a camping trip in July with a big group of people. There will be swimming and outdoor sports activities, but also some parties and dancing. So even though I want waterproof eyeliner, I still want lots of fun color options too. Also, I'd like a volumizing waterproof mascara that doesn't look/feel too unnatural. Thanks in advance!

I'm very outdoorsy and love to swim during the summer, so I thought I would just tell you about some eye makeup products that have worked really well for me. And since you didn’t mention if you prefer liquid eyeliner or a pencil, I thought I’d recommend both kinds:

Make Up For Ever "Aqua Liner" (Sephora Product Page) This a stay-put liquid eye liner that lasts through anything, even a long, hot day of swimming. It's easy to apply and comes in a lot of fun shades. Make Up For Ever also makes a MUFE "Aqua Eyes" (Sephora Product Page) pencil which works great too. If you really want your eye makeup to stay put, these MUFE products are your best bet.

Urban Decay "24/7 Glide On Eye Pencil" (Sephora Product Page) This is a super long-lasting creamy glide-on eye liner that has always lasted all day for me, even during my kayaking trip last summer. The best thing about it is that it comes in a rainbow of sparkly shades, so there's no color restrictions for you at all.

Tarte "Lights Camera Splashes! Waterproof Mascara" (Sephora Product Page) This mascara gives me the increase in volume that I want everyday but still survives swimming. This one also conditions lashes and is not nearly as drying and hard on my lashes as so many other waterproof mascaras are. This mascara does a great job of volumizing my lashes, but they still feel soft, and look natural and feathery.

Hi, cleocorky!  Lucky you going on a camping trip!  I'll list below some very good waterproof eye makeup products so your eyes will still be beautiful while swimming.

I would try Fairy Drops Scandal Queen Waterproof Mascara.  It gives you waterproof, full, and ultra-curled lashes all day long. This formula won't flake or budge. As for eyeliner, Urban Decay 24/7 Eyeliners and Make Up For Ever Aqua Eyes are the two best waterproof eyeliner pencils in my opinion and both come in many assorted beautiful colors.

Since you are going camping, I would definitely wear waterproof! I would recommend that you would wear  BADgal Waterproof Mascara by Benetics.  It is just gorgeous,  it doesn't flake, and it will make your eyes look full and long!

When you apply your waterproof eyeliner or mascara, make sure your lashes are clean and dry- no oily residue from moisturizer or sunscreen. Otherwise it slides right off! I use powder sunscreen from Peter Thomas Roth in my eye area to make the waterproof eye products last longer- I have had a lot of trouble with waterproof stuff not lasting. I like Blinc Kiss Me Mascara over the Bad Gal waterproof which doesn't stay on me as well.
