Eyeliner Help

I'm a (warm toned) very fair skinned light blonde with light colored hazel ( blue to green) eyes and have trouble finding a eyeliner color to use that doesn't smudge all over towards my cheeks!  Any ideas on colors?  And any recommendations of pencil versus liquid?  Thanks!

Urban Decay 24/7 Eyeliner Pencils stay on great.  They are very soft and glide on easily.  I don't have any trouble at all with this liner smearing or smudging.  It comes in many beautiful shades such as the golds, bronzes, greens, grays and purples that really make hazel eyes pop.  Some of the shades that I think would flatter your blonde hair and hazel eyes are:
- Bourbon
- Covet
- Crash
- El Dorado
- Graffiti
- Gunmetal
- Lucky
- Lust
- Mildew
- Stash
- Underground

You can find the Urban Decay eyeliner here:  http://www.sephora.com/browse/product.jhtml?id=P133707&categoryId=B70

Some people have a lot of trouble with any eyeliner they use smearing.  If that is the case with you after trying the UD Eyeliner, then I would try lining your entire outer lash line with Urban Decay Eyeshadow Primer Potion ( http://www.sephora.com/browse/product.jhtml?id=P284716&categoryId=B70 ) to make a base for your eyeliner.  When applying the primer along my lash line, I like to use a Q-tip to apply it so that I can apply the primer very close to my lash line exactly where I am planning to apply my eyeliner, which is hard to do when using a fingertip.  The primer should make your eyeliner stay put all day.

If the primer doesn't keep it completely budge-proof, then Benefit's She Laq or Make Up For Ever’s Eye Seal definitely will.  Both products are makeup sealants, which put a protective seal over your makeup to keep it budge-proof all day.  You would apply the sealant over your eyeliner.  Both are excellent products, but they vary in price.  The reason for this is that Eye Seal is made to use on your eye makeup only.  She Laq comes with a set of brushes so you can seal, not only your eyeliner and eyeshadow, but your lipstick, eyebrows, eyelashes, etc.  Below are the links so you can read more about both products:

Benefit She Laq:  http://sephora.com/browse/product.jhtml?id=P1288&categoryId=B70

MUFE Eye Seal:  http://sephora.com/browse/product.jhtml?id=P169812&categoryId=B70

I hope this helps you. :smileyhappy:

Revlon ColorStay doesn't budge at all.  Also try MUE Aqua Eyes or Smashbox's Jet Set.
