Unfortunately your question was posted in the wrong board, and the Q&A event has since concluded. However I would recommend giving Kat's Autograph Pencils a try. I wear them daily and have never had an issue with fading or smudging. Each liner has a built in sharpener and a smudge tip applicator (if you're looking smoke out your lower or upper lash line).
