I just saw on the UD website, as I keep stalking it, that LTD will be available December 4th at 1:00 am PST. I know I will be waiting up for it...anyone else? Now only if the Mega Pro would come back...
I wear eyeliner everyday under my eyes just to give some color however, I cannot get it to stay on. It doesn't matter if I use primer, two coats, waterproof, all day or use and expensive over a cheap one. It either seems to do one of two things smear around and down my eyes or it just goes away usually within 2-3 hours. Any suggestions? Types tried: pencil, liquid, twist Brands: Urban Decay, Bare minerals, Sephora, BeneFit etc.
Beauties, I'm wondering if I need to try a different shadow primer, or if they all do this... I currently use UD primer potion, and as much as I love that it never leaves shadows creasing on me, I do find that it is much harder to blend out my shadow when I've applied primer. I generally apply the primer, wait a minute or two for it to dry, then apply my shadow. Am I doing something wrong? I figure this is kind of the point of shadow primer (to not let it move) but how do you find the happy medium? I also notice if I accidentally get a bit in my crease area it catches tons of shadow and makes it look patchy. Thoughts?
I m a teen girl with terrible under eye darkness, due to poor quality of sleep(insomnia) I have a caramel skin tone which warm orange undertones (I think haha) and I'm not sure how to conceal my under eyes? I brought an orange concealer(NYX above and beyond full coverage concealer) to cancel out the darkness, but when I put my normal concealer over it (Sephora collection concealer, Almond 31) it looks too light, white and...grayish? pretty darned gross, so I know Im doing something wrong. Any tips ladies? Thanks <3 Should I go for a yellow concealer first? Salmon? Lavender? Im desperate over here lol
Right now lime crime is having a 30% off sale, and I have been eyeing the "aquataenia" palette. So, anyone try any of the palettes? Is the pigmentation good? Are they "true to color"? Thanks for your input!
I saw Zadidoll posted a few days ago that L'Oreal tradmarked the palette name Naked On The Run and created an Urban Decay page for the product currently leading to an 404 error message. I have a family member who is friends with someone in design at Urban Decay: she tells me this palette consists of 8 of their most popular shadows taken from the Naked, Naked 2 and Naked 3 palettes. No word on a release date. The source seems fairly reliable, since she sent me pics of both the Electric and Vice 3 palettes about 3 months before anyone knew they existed. If my information is correct, I'm trying to wrap my head around the concept: 8 colors representing warm (Naked), neutral (Naked 2) and rose (Naked 3). Sounds great, but can this be properly done in just 8 colors? Depending on the color choices, this could really be a great little palette. The On The Run name suits the notion of being able to have the convenience of grabbing the best of all three Naked palettes at once, which I really like. What do you think? EDIT: Thank you fluffymuha for the pic! I am so peeved with myself for the misinformation. My source said 8 shades from the Naked palettes and I assumed the eye palettes. At the same time, I'm also excited Naked Flushed will be included, making this a little more desirable for me
It seems like my YT home page has been inundated with reviews of these $5 Colourpop Super Shock cream eye shadows. They actually look quite lovely, but when I see everyone and their mother doing a review for something they were sent on YT, I tend to take those reviews with a heaping grain of salt. Has anyone actually tried these? The price is appealing at least.
I've never tried eye shadow before, but I really want to start. I'm just not sure what colors would look good on me! I have medium skin with a yellow undertone (more specifically 3Y08). What colors or even eye shadow palettes would you guys recommend for me?
Hiya! I'm trying to find a good undereye concealer/brightener for my beautiful mom who is in her late 60s. She has sensitive eyes so it needs to be gentle and also super crease resistant because her years of love and wisdom have created lots of folds and creases around the eye, esp the "bag" area. She will not use a primer - one extra step. It would be great if it covered dark-ish circles and really brightened the whole eye, so nothing matte or cakey. thanks!!
Hello! I am in love with the new VICE 3 shades! My favourite is "DTF". The palette is a bit too pricey for me, so I'm posting on here to see if there is any other eye shadow out there that resembles the "DTF one? (Any brand) Thanks!!
Hey everyone! Deciding wether to splurge on Vice 3 (which I really do love all of the colors) or a custom Inglot palette. I'd heard Vice 3 wasn't as good but I'd really like to hear what everyone here thinks. Thanks

So, I'm really liking rosy gold/brown right now and have been eyeing that palette ever since it came out. But everyone seemed to have issues with the quality, especially with Dust which I thought was gorgeous. I keep hoping that it was just an issue with the first palettes released, but I don't live close enough to a Sephora to play with a more recently created palette. Does anyone know if the quality increased?
I've always been curious about these and since they are having their F&F I am wondering if I should take the plunge and order some. Does anyone have any experience with these or own any? Please let me know. Thanks everybody =)
Has anyone used eyeshadow shields? They seem to be great as stencils for cat eyes (it's so difficult to get them perfect). I was just wondering if it's worth the buy or if any of you lovely ladies have any DIY techniques that are similar to these eyeshadow shields.
Naked on the Run launched at 1:00 am PST this morning, and I'm wondering who else snagged it! I did, mostly just because it looks portable and I have all of the other Naked's, so I needed to round out the collection. I also picked up a few of the liquid liners in the sale section, they're $10!
Hi lovelies! I am in search of a new nude eyeshadow palette. I've tried both Basics palettes from UD, but they had really terrible pigment fallout, so that's a no go. Do you guys know any good nude palettes that don't have this problem? I kind of have my eye on the Becca nude palette (but don't know if it has fallout). If anybody has this one, please leave some feedback on it Any and all suggestions are appreciated and taken into consideration
My picture won't load, but it looks like Smashbox is coming out with a second palette. I have the first, and even though the quality isn't great, I do like it. But I only wear it on days that I'm not in a rush. Hopefully the quality of this palette is better. I'll try again to upload the image.
Hello ladies & gents! I just recently got glasses again from having worn contacts for a few years. I am still getting used to wearing them and wanted ideas for eye makeup! I have a light medium complexion and green eyes. I am in love with my new Kate Spade Regine Tortoise Shell frames but got a little sad that my eyes won't be seen as clearly as when I wore contacts. HELP!
Sorry for the double post but I didn't know how to change it, so I was wondering if anyone bought it if they would be willing to share swatches and what your thoughts about it are, since the first one was so disappointing thanks!! valerie
I'm not looking for a waterline eyeliner but just a normal eyeliner for my upper lid. I have extremely watery eyes during the winter, so if i'm wearing any eyeliner I find that it'll all smudge down off the side of my eye due to the outer part of my eye being so watery. I've tried waterproof & all & don't find it to work for some reason. I'm in desperate need! Please & Thank you!
I have a problem, so I used Too Faced "Shadow Insurance" eyeshadow primer, and I have been using it since June, but I have been to scared to buy a new primer but I am getting annoyed because, it will crease my eye makeup, it wont stay on for longer than 30 minutes, I need advice on a new eye primer! Help please!
This November 30 is my 2nd wedding anniversary, hubby gifted (pre anniversary gift) special silk saree, it is a combination of pink, purple and gold color. I want to do eye makeup on my special day, i'm a beginner, i need ur suggestions guys, if u can post step by step it would be great help for me. One more request please suggest eye makeup using UD vice 3, UD naked 2, UD deluxe eye shadow box, Stila snow angel palette (these are the ones i have). Please, please i need ur help guys.
For starters my eyelashes are small thin and hard to work with, even though I'm brunette...you'd think right? We'll no..my lashes suck. But every so often they do look nice if I'm lucky and just opened a brand new package of mascara. So I purchased the glitz and glam set with the falsies, Laura mercier Cavier eyestick, stila magnificent metals eyeshadow, and some other things. Those three items named put together are amazing. I work in a restaurant and the last couple days I've been using falsies and those products...you would think I got plastic surgery because i received a good number of compliments from employees to customers to even other peoples customers just walking by (some of the people also loved other things I put together with this look..pearls, red lips, high bun). So I'm officially in love with falsies but I need tips. They like to lift on the end closer to my tear duct (my eyes are round). Maybe if anyone wants to just tell me the process they use step by step. Or any tips?
